With reference to your application & subsequent interview has with us, we are
pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the position of Receptionist In our
organization. You will Report for duty on 10/12/08 for 1 week’s orientation. You will be
placed on a consolidated salary of Rs. 4000/-
(Four Thousand Only) with effect from 00/00/0000

The terms & conditions of your appointment are as follows:

1. You will be placed on probation for a period of 1 year. On satisfactory completion of

your probation, your appointment will be confirmed in the said position. If your
performance while under probation is not satisfactory, your probation period will be
extended further.

2. On confirmation you will be entitled to all benefits & claims of the company.

3. If the management is not satisfied with your performance, your will be terminated
immediately, without prior notice.
Incase of resignation from your side, 1 month’s notice should be given to the
management.
4. Your liable for transfer to any other department or establishment or branch of
company situated in A.P.

5. Your governed by P.F scheme as applicable.

6. Your salary will be reviewed time to time as per the policy of the company. Your
strictly required to abide by the rules & regulations of the company. We look forward

signed by you on the copy in token of your acceptance, of the aforementioned terms
& conditions.
