We are required to conform to documented technical requirements to set stringent standards for equipment, personnel, procedures and records. To ensure our engineers are fully compliant with British Standards we subscribe to BSOL (British Standards on Line) so all current, withdrawn and new standards are available.

1- FIRST Calibration and Inspection Division scope of services will include. A) Certification and Inspection: 1. Provision of lifting equipment engineer to work in accordance with LOLER guidelines and a technician helping out in preparation cleaning, fixing data plates etc. 2. Thorough examination and certification of all lifting equipment and accessories to LOLER Regulation 9 guidelines and relevant standards. 3. All our crews are certified by (LEEA, NDT certificates, Safety training, Crosby API training, wires Ropes Terminations) 4. Assist in day-to-day lifting operations, dispatch, certify and manage equipment with your company supervisors, crane operator and truck drivers. 5. Ensure that proper inspection, certification and documentation have been administered. 6. Liaise with HSE manager and participate in general safety meetings and respond to contractors queries. 7. Ensure proper slinging, crane and forklift utilization. 8. FIRST crew will have all related hand tools, certified load cells, computer and printer to produce certificates on site. 9. All inspected and load tested items will be registered in a comprehensive data base to help out tracing materials, inspection due date, stock take, inventory scrapping and replacing. 10. Works are covered under FIRST insurance policy; a copy will be forwarded upon request 11. Witness of pressure testing. 12. Wall Thickness verification and Certification of Vessels, Tanks, silos. 13. Prepare, submit and manage Inspection reports / certification on site so that to avoid any delays to the client. 14. Maintaining data base records for all inspected equipment. B) Online services: 1. Our services include on line certification easily accessible 24 hrs, through FIRST website, this allows colleagues from owners to obtain certificates swiftly and easily. 2.
