Terms and Conditions for Refer a Friend Offer 1.

This promotion is offered by WorldSpreads Limited (WorldSpreads, we or us) of 3 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7DD, UK. The offer is only applicable to WorldSpreads UK accounts (Accounts). 2. You agree that by participating in the WorldSpreads refer a friend promotion (the Promotion), you will be bound not only by these Promotional terms but also the general terms and conditions that apply to your Account (Our Terms). Terms and expressions used in these Promotion terms and conditions shall have the same meaning as in Our Terms unless specified otherwise. 3. You agree that by participating in the Promotion, you have an existing personal relationship with the person you would like to refer and that person has confirmed that they would be interested in receiving information about products provided by WorldSpreads. 4. The person you would like to refer must be a new applicant to WorldSpreads (not having previously held an account with WorldSpreads or any other affiliated company). 5. To qualify for the offer, the person you would like to refer must comply with our account opening processes, must deposit at least 500 into their Account and make at least twenty complete (open and closed) trades (for each referral) before you would be eligible to receive a 100 payment into your trading account (the Minimum Criteria). 6. In order for the referred person to also qualify for 100 they must also comply with the Minimum Criteria. This reward will also be paid into their trading account. 7. The referred person, having set up an account, will still be eligible for other promotions such as cashback, though the reward will not count towards their minimum deposit requirement, as set by the terms and conditions of such promotions. 8. Referrals to WorldSpreads are limited to a maximum of five applicants per account holder. 9. Rewards will be paid into your account with WorldSpreads within 30 days of the person you referred reaching the Minimum Criteria. Once these have been reached you will receive an email. Rewards cannot be withdrawn for 12 weeks following the payment into your trading account, but can be traded with. 10. The person you would like to refer must have accessed the WorldSpreads site at the time of registration using the referral link contained within the email sent to them. We will not be able to credit rewards if the link is not used at the time of registration. 11. WorldSpreads reserves the right to exclude you from this scheme if we believe you have tried to benefit from fraudulent activities or bets not made in good faith of the offer or if any of the terms of the Promotion are not correct with regard to you or the person you would like to refer. WorldSpreads is not obliged to provide a reason for such exclusion. 12. You cannot refer yourself, anyone with whom you hold power of attorney or any family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people). 13. WorldSpreads reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or alter its terms at any time.

14. In the event of inconsistency between Our Terms and these Promotion terms, Our Terms shall prevail. 15. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
