Introduction
This is Did You Know Pages Code of Conduct. This should be the central guide and reference for ADMINS in support of day-to-day decision making. It will also improve the page as it helps in creating positive public identity. Code of conduct will contain the following; Relevant Standards, Policies & Rules. Its content may be subject to change, whenever possible.

Page Admin Roles


Manager
Managers can manage admin roles, send messages and create posts as the Page. Only managers can decide when to look for new admins. Only managers can decide who to assign as admins. Only managers can decide when to run a contest on the page. Only managers can run Facebook page ads to promote the page. Only managers can terminate anyone from the set of admins, given that there is a valid reason. Only managers can give anyone an appropriate sanction for misconducts and violations.

Content Creator
Content Creators can edit the Page, send messages and create posts as the Page. Content creators can recommend when to look for new admins. Content creators shall follow the policies, rules, standards in this conduct. Content creators can reply to pages messages, but should adhere to the given policies related to this action. Content creators can moderate posts, comments, and wall posts of the page. Content creators can ban anyone caught spamming, bullying, bashing on the page.

STANDARDS OF PRACTICE
A.1 POSTING STANDARDS
A. 1 hour interval time for posts starting 12 AM til 5 PM. B. An admin can post limitless, (but still follows Rule A) as long as he's checking the scheduled post/sheet and making sure that he does not overshadow anyone's post -- with regards to 1 hour interval in the morning, and 10 minute-interval in the evening. C. Daily free time : 6PM to 11PM D. Top 10 : (Only during the free time AND please inform everyone in the group) You can use two hours for this, 10 min interval per post. (Ex. 7PM-9PM) E. Posts must be recorded on sheet (http://bit.ly/Wjwj8P) and scheduled ONE (1) DAY prior to the actual date of post. F. ALWAYS USE ENGLISH Language because we aim to target a wider demographic. G. Use your TAG NAME all the time. (Replying and posting) H. ALWAYS Include your sources. I. Avoid shares but you can re-upload the post and link-credit them. J. All posts must have an image.

Disciplinary Policies and Guidelines


Responsibility
Page managers are responsible for addressing conduct and behavior issues as early as possible and for taking appropriate action.

Investigation
Before disciplinary action is taken an investigation shall be undertaken.

Equality and Diversity


To ensure fair treatment and, where appropriate, provision of the managers in the application of this procedure, other admins/witnesses should be invited to provide information about any equality or diversity issues which may be relevant.

Types of Offenses
Level 1 Offense: This covers the offenses related to (A.1 POSTING STANDARDS)
Anyone caught violating the standards will be sanctioned properly.

Level 2 Offense: This covers the offenses related ( A.2 THINGS NOT TO POST ON THE PAGE.) and (A.3
THINGS TO HIGHLIGHT / PIN TO POST)

Formal Levels of Disciplinary Actions


Written Notice
Written warning serves as as the formal notice to be given to anyone who will violate the policies. This will inform you of the seriousness of the offense committed, and the sanction you will be receiving in doing such.

Suspension
Anyone who violates any the LEVEL 1 Offense twice will be suspended for 2 months. When a LEVEL 1 Offense has been committed ONCE for the first time, you will receive the FIRST FORMAL NOTICE.

Termination
Anyone who violates Level 2 Offense will be terminated accordingly. When any LEVEL 2 OFFENSE is commited, you will receive the FINAL WRITTEN NOTICE. ***Nothing Follows***
