Employee Performance Sheet is the central document where all aspects of his performance review will be managed. Access to this important document is managed through roles and is time bound. Complete audit trail of edits and changes made to this document is maintained. Links and tabs allow users to quickly browse through the comments and feedback provided earlier in the year. Previous years documents are also available to Managers and HR team for review if needed.
