I asked a while ago and they told me di pa nafinalize yung list of gmsk, and its a new list from last sem. They cant give it right away coz they want to know the approximate price first before they let sir batoy approve it. Thus, they can give the new set of gmsk tuesday the earliest! Isnt this disturbing? Yeah, you bet! Of course, I told that scholars need to renew na since enrolment na next week, then, NR na... Sabi ko, pwede ba kami magrenew nang walang clearance? Ayun, walang response... The imperative kasi is that they will be the one wholl reproduce the clearance form and scholars directory form. They said that all scholars must see them before renewing. So ayun, we cannot do anything further. Cristita: kelan naman po nila i-memeet ung mga scholars,, ? Answer: We must meet them at the earliest date possible. Has someone asked HMB staff to reserve a venue yet? I was not able to ask some reservation since they are not responding anymore when I queries about the clearance and gmsk. So yeah, its a bit, no, its way too problematic. Regine : Sa Monday sana magpaclearance na tayo :) Josh: Rheg, yes monday is perfect. However, di ako nakapagpareserve ng venue. Plus, wala pang clearance form. Pwede tayo gumawa ng temporary though. Tulad nung ginagawa natin na index card, or whatever since every sem naman talaga late ginagawa yung clearance since maramihan din yung production. Oh yes! Pwede tayo mag-index card or pwede tayo gumawa ng alternate clearance form. Dali lang naman eh. Regine: Hey guys! ano ulit yung requirements sa renewal? :) Josh: The usual: Clearance from HMB unit, copy grades, previous certificate of scholarship, new registration form (if enrolled already), renewal form, 2 pcs 1x1 id pictures. Bale umaga sana ng monday para maasikaso na nila yung renewal nila right after kung cleared na sila.

A connected topic would be the construction of CHAPTER CLEARANCE REPORT, which I can develop right away along with the alternate clearance form. Cristita: about po sa replacement, ung iba po kc talaga may mga pasok nung nag-paactivity tau, so kapag di sila nakapunta kahit ni isa dun, meaning to say, lahat ng sa replacements ay kelangan macomply nila? tama ba? Josh: Lets be nice. Kung trisem or quarter sem sila, malamang may pasok pa talaga sila. In this case, ask the existing registration form. Bale iba iba ang number of points na dapat makuha ng mga scholar, i.e. Batch 23, officers, etc.. Cristita: wait, parang ayoko po ng pointing system. hmm.

Josh: We employed this last sem. Advantage would be the quantity of an absence and an appropriate weight for sanctions. Tulad ng chapter GA, mas malaki siya dapat unlike normal events, to emphasize its importance. Also, this can lead to long term realization na may mga events na super important. Hmm... Cristita: ilang points b dapat ang makuha ng isang scholar para makakuha siya ng clearance? Josh: Sa gagawin kong format ng clearance report, indicated dapat kung ilang points yung perfect points for a scholar. For example; Batch 23 scholar na hndi pa naman pwede magregister sa eleksyon at hindi rin siya officer. So ang mga required sa kanya ay mga numbers 1, 3, 4 at 5. Therefore, 50 points dapat lahat ang naincur niya. Suppose di siya umattend ng Chapter GA na 10pts pero umattend siya ng Inventors Week na 5 pts at nagbenta ng mga tickets sa hmb idol na 5 pts. Ayun, cleared na siya. :) Yet, to follow ang kanyang gmsk. Hmm.. AJ: What if di nakapag-parehistro?? Josh: Magagalit ang HMB Unit. I dont know. Baka Nov nalang bigyan ng clearance. Yun kasi ang highest order nila sa lahat ng scholar na pwede na magparehistro. Like the list said, irreplaceable siya. Dapat gawin talaga. :/ AJ: Sa 31 last day ng registration db? eh di sa Nov. pa magbibigay ng clearance.... Ang late na para sa renewal. may pasok na sa 5.. pero keri lang :D Josh: Well, prediction ko lang yun. Dun talaga sila di papayag. Baka GMSK payagan nilang to follow, pero yung registration malamang hindi. Nov talaga sila makakarenew. Nakakagalit naman kung hindi nagparehistro. :/ AJ: HAHA! Sa Monday kami paparehistro nila kuya marko eh, baka kse abutan kami ng cut off.. un ang prob namin, dapat pala talaga super maaga pumila, Josh: You bet!
