What do we do? 1. In your absence, we maintain your house. And keep it the way you would want it to be. 2. The house could either be tenanted or lying vacant. 3. And if its lying vacant, we would always keep it in ready condition for you to move in..whenever you are in town. 4. And if its tenanted, we take care of all tenant management issues including transition from one tenant to another. And you do not have to make a trip especially for this. 5. We carry out all repairs and cleaning There is a reliable team working as per your specifications, and timelines. Why trust your house with us? 1. We work on a fixed period legal agreement, which is just like an agreement you would have with your tenant. 2. We are not authorized to enter into any agreement with a tenant or any other party at all. 3. We always provide references. 4. We post live pictures and videos on our site/or mail it to you 5. For vacant houses, the key is either with us under an agreement or with a person and place designated by you. 6. We always recommend video installations in vacant houses for security. 2. Services for houses which are to be tenanted/ Tenanted houses a. Searching and providing a list of probable tenants for you to choose from
This process is the same as what you would follow to find a tenant. We do not charge any commission for tenant assistance and only actual payouts are charged.

Drawing out legal agreement through a lawyer and passing the agreement onwards to you. Original tenant agreement always remains with you. All other work as above Our fees 1. Charges are by way of a Annual Fee , payable in 2 installments. One at beginning of assignment and one after 6 months. 2. The fee is based on the exact services you require 3. All expenses like white washing, painting, laundry,major repairs and replacements are estimated for approved and charged for separately (on actual). Supporting bills and vouchers are always provided. 4. Items like food stock up, laundry etc are all charged at actual and vouchers provided. 5. Minor maintenance (except replacements) but including basic laundry is included in our fee 2012 Payment Process Pay what you feel we deserve This year, we are letting our clients decide on our remuneration. Depending on the type and level of services they seek, they can let us know how much they would be willing to pay.
However, for actual expenditure, an estimate would be raised when work is taken up initially. All costs are charged at actual and we do not levy any commission.

Payments are to be made only on receipt of an invoice and after signing a legal agreement How do you pay? Direct to our account or through a local cheque. The bank details will be mentioned in our agreement.

In this venture, Rajiv is assisted with his wife, an investment banker with a leading public sector bank in India.
