Mankind has always been fascinated by the true power of love and by the way in which it affects every one of us, regardless of who we are or of the social background we came from, because love is free. The most important thing in life is the kind of love we have to give to the others which shapes out our character and defines out personality. Lovers are said to have a world of their own in which they return to their primordial and androgenic state of existence, regaining their souls ancestral harmony. Love defies all logic; it can help you build empires in a matter of seconds, its creational power being similar to the demiurgic one. At the same time, love can be deceitful for a soul devoured by hatred or jealousy. In many ways love is like a diamond, as a diamond is beautiful to look upon, so its love fair. But for a diamond is poison if anyone swallows it, in the same manner love is a kind of poison which produces a baneful raging distemper in those who are affected by it. Furthermore, love is thought to be blind because in many cases lovers seem to lack any sense of judgment known to us. That is because our eyes are blind to the light that love gives away and only our heart is pure enough to understand its true meaning, because it opens a window ad infinitum, a place where true utopic love lays. One cannot truly understand a

lover unless he/she experienced love at a similar degree of intensity. A good example of the power which true love gives you can be found in an old story of two young children a boy and a girl named Vania and Natasha who grew up together. As they grew older, Vania became fond of Natasha and promised himself to make her happy no matter what it would take. However, to his utter disappointment he found out that Natasha fell in love with someone else. He also knew that Natashas parents didnt agree with her relationship. What do you think Vania did? Well he helped Natasha and her lover to be together managing to convince Natashas parents to give their approval for the marriage. Even though his heart was bleeding for his only true love now lost for him, he managed to get over the dread and suffering in his heart and he truly succeeded to keep his promise even though it demanded a great self-sacrifice. Would you have done the same? His example of courage and devotion reflects the true power which love gives you as long as your heart is pure and your soul is clean. Hence, we can say that being loved gives you strength, but loving someone takes courage and sometimes it can take a lifetime of suffering and self-sacrifice to understand it. This is one of loves paradoxes and one of the many reasons why it is said that people are blinded by it. The truth is though; love opens your minds eye towards the absolute. In essence, being loved is a privilege, but what is truly important is that one is capable of love. It is perhaps the only glimpse we are permitted of eternity. However, even though love is purest and strongest feeling there are many those who live with an illusion of the true love. Projecting an image of a false lover not worthy of your pure love can wither your heart and make you lose confidence in others. In this case the only true remedy is to find someone who will cherish your love and who will love you in return, this way the power of love will make you believe what you would normally treat with the deepest suspicion.

In the end, there is a universal truth; the person who tries to live alone will not succeed in being perfect as a human being. His minds shrinks away if he hears only the echoes of his own thoughts drenched in solitude and his heart blackens. No matter how illogical love may seem, after all each and every one of us should try and welcome it into our hearts. Do not question the mystic force which bounds you together with others, just accept it and do so with all your heart. If fate has brought you face to face with your love one, try to do your best to be with him/her for as long as possible or you will regret it for the rest of your life. Everyone should acknowledge that being loved is good but loving is God, your heart will flourish only if you have the strength to look in the eyes of the person you love and say I want you to be happy whatever it takes. Love is the only reason of our profane existence, without it we are as a withered rose leaving our lives at the realm of chaos, distraught with grief and sorrow. In dreams and in love there are no impossibilities, love and you will eventually be loved.
