A Bill to Implement Armed Personnel on School Grounds BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 SECTION 1. Armed personnel will be placed on school campuses across the nation, both private and public.
SECTION 2. Armed personnel is defined as an official government employee carrying a firearm in which he is qualified as expert in its use.
SECTION 3. The Department of Homeland Security will oversee the enforcement of this Bill.
SECTION 4. This Bill will go into effect on August 14, 2013. SECTION 6. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby

BEITENACTEDBYTHECONGRESSHEREASSEMBLEDTHAT: SECTION1. A.Anexcisetaxof5%shallberaisedonallgeneticallyengineeredcrops (GEcrops)seed. B.AllrevenuegeneratedfromthetaxshallgotowardsFDA,EPA,and USDAresearchonthefulleffectoftheuseofGEcrops. C.AllfoodscontainingfoodfromGEcropsshallbelabeledassuchand madeawareonproductpackaging. SECTION2. TheuseofGEcropsshallbedefinedastheprocessofproductionof seeds,plantingthemintothesoil,andbothlongtermandshortterm effectsonhumanhealthandsafety. SECTION3. Upontheconclusionofextensivestudies,iftheeffectsofGEcropsare determinedtobebeneficial,thetaxwillbereducedto2%andthat revenuebeallocatedtowardsthecontinuingresearchandtightoversight oftheindustry.Iftheeffectsarenegative,thecropsdetrimentalto environmentalandpublicsafetyshallbeoutlawed. SECTION4. TheFoodandDrugAdministration,DepartmentofAgriculture, DepartmentofHealthandHumanServices,andEnvironmental ProtectionAgencyshallberesponsiblefortheimplementationand researchofthisbill. SECTION5. ThisbillshallbeimplementedJanuary1st,2014.
