Notice is given to all persons interested in the land included within the Satellite X drainage district, Palma St., Baguio City, Philippines, (boundary of Palma St. and Queen of Peace, Baguio City) that the commissioners heretofore appointed to assess benefits and damages to the property and lands situated in the drainage district and to appraise the cash value of the land necessary to be taken for rights of way, holding basins and other works of the district within or without its limits, filed their report in this office on the 30th day of January, 2013, and you are notified that you may examine the report and file exceptions to all or any part thereof, on or before the 7 th day of February, 2013 to the Clerk of Court of Branch 2, Baguio City, Philippines.

NOTICE OF HEARING This is to notify the persons interested in the above entitled notice that the Commissioners of Baguio City will hold a public hearing on 13 February 2013 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at the Courthouse of Branch 3, Baguio City for the purpose of review and possible approval of a change in the said drainage district.
