_____________________________________________________________________________ _ Recipe for: Sticky Bun Breakfast Rolls Serves: ~12 people You will need: 1 Bundt pan,

cup walnuts, ~16 frozen Rhode white dinner rolls, cup brown sugar, 1 3oz. butterscotch cook & serve pudding, and 1 cube butter. Directions: Place walnuts on pan bottom. Place frozen rolls on top of walnuts. Sprinkle the brown sugar and dry pudding mix on top of rolls. Melt cube of butter in microwave and drizzle over all. Let rise (usually over night). Bake in preheated oven @ 350* for about 20-25 min. _____________________________________________________________________________ _ Recipe for: Apple Cake in a Bundt Pan Serves: ~8 people You will need: cup apple juice (or whatever juice you have on hand), cup Canola Oil (can sub with unsweetened Apple Sauce), 1 cup sugar, 3 egg whites, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 cups/ 3 large granny smith apples (chopped with peel), cup walnuts, 2 cups flour, tsp Nutmeg, 1 tsp Cinnamon, cup Raisins, 1 tsp Soda. Directions: Spray 10 bundt pan, Combine ingredients except walnuts (batter will be stiff). Place nuts on bottom of pan and pour batter on top. Bake in preheated oven @ 325* for ~1 hour or until done. When done, flip cake out of bundt and sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with thin icing on very top and let run down the sides. During Christmas, you can decorate it with candies or Red and Green cherries. _____________________________________________________________________________ _ Recipe for: Tuna Noodle Casserole Serves: ~12 people, makes 2 pans You will need: 2 cans of tuna (drained), 2 sm. cans of Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can of water, 1 sm. bag of frozen peas (cook in microwave with spike and ~1 Tbl water), 2 stalks of celery, season all with Spike, 1 pound bag of large shell noodles (boiled with a little oil and salt), and shredded cheese. Directions: Mix drained noodles with all the other ingredients in two casserole dishes thoroughly. Sprinkle shredded cheese op top. Microwave until warm/ hot or cheese is melted. _____________________________________________________________________________ _ Recipe for: Grandma Peterson Noodle Salad Serves: 8 people You will need: of a large bag of large shell noodles (boil with a bit of veg. oil and salt) Cube: spam or ham, cheese (sharp), tomato (1), cucumber (), green onion (~2 stalks), Italian dressing, and Mayo or Miracle Whip (1 big scoop). Directions: After noodles are boiled and other ingredients are cubed, drain noodles and mix together. Add the Italian dressing on top of noodles and other ingredients, and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate until cool. Just before serving add scoop of Mayo (optional). _____________________________________________________________________________ _ Recipe for: Lasagna Serves: ~8 people You will need: 1 box of Lasagna noodles, cheese (sharp and moz., shredded), 1 jar Rague, 1 can of diced tomato with no sugar added, and 1 to 2 lbs. ground beef. Seasonings: Directions: Italian seasoning, onion, and garlic cooked with ground beef.

Drain meat of oils, mix with Rague. Place dry Lasagna noodles on bottom of large pan, put meat-Rague mixture on top of that (the moisture in sauce will cook the noodles), then sprinkle a layer of cheese on that. Repeat 3-4 times ending with cheese on top. Cook in preheated oven @ 350* for about 45 min or until done. _____________________________________________________________________________ _
