We did an on site inspection and saw no evidence of the wetland replacement areas, as defined on your replacement plan. In fact it appears that the building construction has encroachedbeyond the permitted areasinto additional wetland. Dear Mr. Pergosky: The Township has. received several complaints, from the residents in the Lynnwood Development concerning storm water runoff from the street onto their lots. The main problem occursin the a.rea lots 4, lI and 12 on Falcon Street. of We did severalon site inspectionsand discoveredthat the curb revealsare not in accordance with the approved plan. The details on the approved plan shows a curb reveal at the driveways of I inch and at the standard sections 6 inches. The actual reveal that the driveway is less and at the problem area there is no reveal. Matt Pergosky was notified of this problem in writing from our office on January9,2001. Corrective actions must be taken. In our assessment the problem there are three options. of The first option is to remove 2 inches of the road surface by milling and re-surfacing the road to provide the proper curb reveal. The second option is not to mill the road but add some inlets to intercept the storm water run off before it flows on to the driveways. The third option is to do both milling and adding some inlets. 'il'e recommend the third opticn. This prcblem has been left unresolved by you and yo'-g family for years. It is necessary put a dead line of December 1, 2003 for this work to be to completed. If it is not, the Township will start the proceeding of hiring a contractor to complete the work and deduct the payment for your escrow account. Pleasecontact our office of your decision. We will meet with you or your contractor on the site to discussthe milling operation and the location of the inlets.
