PROGRAM BENEFIT:
The Strategic Innovation Program will also enable participants to learn a creative but organized process of formulating innovative growth strategies which are implementable and sustainable. The participants will study how breakthrough strategies are aligned to a holistic corporate strategy, why strategic innovation is a deliberate and planned process leading to successful implementation, and how a culture of innovation can be developed and nurtured.

Prof. Jesus Guinto Gallegos, Jr., DBA teaches strategic management, strategic innovation, leadership, and management ethics in AIMs Master in Business Administration program and in the Executive Education offerings. For the past twenty-five years, he has been a consultant and trainer to numerous major companies here and abroad, particularly on strategic planning, strategy implementation, and strategic innovation. Prof. Gallegos was AIMs Chief Operating Officer and Institute Dean from 1995 to 2000, a period when AIMs Asian rankings and financial performances continue to be unparalleled. He has assumed top management positions previously and is presently board chairman of several organizations. Prof. Gallegos holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University, a Master in Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Doctor in Business Administration (with High Distinction) from the De La Salle University.
