SUMMARY Responsible for: Complex finance activities involving implementation of strategic plans, profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for a business unit or associate area. Support achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners. Leads projects and coordinates resources. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide support to Lending Officers by assisting with the preparation and presentation of loan packages. Determine Loan Officers compliance with Bank policy and procedures through review of credit files, collateral records and loan agreements. Complete financial spreads on personal and business financial statements, using the banks software tools and provide limited analysis of the resulting output. Prepare written reports for lenders and management reporting findings. Understand proposed loan terms and make observations about the financial prospects of various loan requests. Ongoing education through successful completion of courses identified as requirements or electives for the Columbia Bank Lending Tack career development initiative is expected. Perform other duties as required.
