The facts supporting this belief are as follows: The defendant was found barricaded in her apartment with her two children, Ea.M., a 10 year old female, and Er.M., a 3 year old boy. Ea.M. told the social worker at St. Louis Childrens Hospital, K.C., that her mother, the defendant, stabbed both her and her brother.
