You are able to work directly with the professional Care-
giver to develop a care plan that works for you or your
loved one. Because we are a referral-based agency, we
do not place restrictions on the Caregivers. It is up to
you and the Caregiver to determine the level of non-
medical services you need.
Consistency in Caregivers.
Having a different caregiver each week is difficult and
frustrating. Once you have chosen a Caregiver, that
person is yours! The agency will not pull them away for
other jobs. But unlike a privately-hired Caregiver, we will
provide you with a substitute if necessary.
