Business Knowledge Development is a different subject where I came across in my collage life. I learnt many subjects in management and Marketing field. But those subjects were based on lots of theories and unrealistic practices. In Edge II discipline is not as other units. It always consists of realistic and job oriented outline. The day from the begging in this unit, added me huge value to my personal knowledge, skills and attitudes regarding the business and real world practices. The major advantage offered me is working with a team effectively. We work with a team, meeting different types of personalities, perceptions, thinking patterns, competency levels. Sometimes, working in such a crew made me unbearable situations. Some of them were not willing to get a proper responsibility, accountability. Make decisions within a team was bit difficult due to having collection of various ideas. However, this unit taught me how to tackle and go ahead by facing these issues and resolving conflicts. Edge II helped me for identifying others emotions, competencies, points of view, respect each others, effectively communicate in order make sure a supportive and cooperative group climate. As I mentioned above lots of units do not have space to develop verbal and presenting ability too. Still this unit gave me an opportunity improves my public speaking ability appropriate for the audience style which I was not so fluent in a professional manner and constructive expressing feedbacks, effective participation in meetings. Meantime, these things were standout me even at the employment life preparing and presenting formal and attractive presentation. Similarly, I was thorough went up to professional in written skill whichever I could not had. The unit examined us the critical thinking and evaluation mind, composing many reports. Afterwards only I made aware about myself even that I had those strengths.

Personal Reflective
The major report should to collaborate within the group, covered perfect business executing knowledge at the end of the unit. This project encouraged me to open up a self employability in coming future. am for sure this knowledge will help me soon to become a well-organized business woman in Sri Lanka. Financial and mathematical knowledge I gained through this is immeasurable. Budget forecasting, profitability measurements such Net present value (NPV), finding Internal rate of returns (IRR) comparing with Required rate of return (RRR), etc. brained me how to use in a practice business process even though I knew in the past. Collecting data, selecting target markets, promotional methods, communication styles versus the potential customers and competitors are incredible experience I have ever had during this semester. Advanced Date analyzing methods I learnt such as Central tendency, Regression analysis, Determination of Co-efficient are the most usable and important areas for self- employment. The important thing that I could not forget of is the guidance I got from the Lecture, Mrs. Anoma. She consulted us each and every lessons how to reflect in to our day to-day life. These values bridge me to have excited experience using to my office extra events. Considering all above factors, I can conclude this entire unit, whole learning process and lecturer opinions armed me with self-efficiency, stress and work life balancing and self discipline. I
