OFFICIAL CALL Mass Meeting of the Henrico Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia As Chairman of the Henrico County

Republican Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Thomas L. Branin, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Henrico County Government Center, Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 4301 East Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia, starting at 7:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 7, 2013 for the following purposes: Electing up to 2,400 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the Republican Party of Virginia State Convention, to be held on Friday May 17th and Saturday May 18th, 2013 at the Richmond Coliseum, 601 East Leigh Street, Richmond, Virginia beginning at 2:00 PM local time on Friday, May 17th for the purposes of nominating a Republican candidate for Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General. Each unit is entitled to one (1) Delegate Vote per 250 Republican votes for Governor and President at their last election, so that the Henrico County Republican Committee is entitled to 480 Delegate Votes; and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the mass meeting. Qualifications for Participation All legal and qualified voters under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, regardless of race, religion, national origin or sex, who are in accord with the principles of the Republican Party, and who, if requested, express in open meeting either orally or in writing as may be required their intent to support all of its nominees for public office in the ensuing election may participate as members of the Republican Party of Virginia in its mass meetings, party canvasses, conventions, or primaries encompassing their respective election districts. Filing Requirements Candidates for the election as a delegate or alternate delegate at said mass meeting shall file a written statement on an official filing form including their name, address, and phone number by mail to Joshua Dickerson, P.O. Box 2424, Glen Allen, Virginia 23058 which must be received not later than 6:00 PM on Friday, February 22, 2013, postmarks do not govern. Official filing forms will be available from Joshua Dickerson at (804) 310-5196 or may be downloaded at www.henricogop.com. If fewer candidates file for delegates than spaces available, all properly filed delegates will be deemed elected and the Mass Meeting will be canceled. Voluntary Fee A voluntary fee of $5.00 is requested to attend the mass meeting. A voluntary fee of $35.00 is requested of each Delegate and Alternate to the State Republican Convention. Voluntary fees are requested to be paid by check, payable to the Henrico County Republican Committee, at the time of filing for election as a Delegate or Alternate. HENRICO COUNTY REPUBLICAN COMMITTEE 2013 OFFICIAL FILING FORM I would like to be elected as a delegate to the State Convention of the Republican Party of Virginia from the Henrico County Republican Committee at a Mass Meeting on March 7, 2013 at the Henrico County Government Center, Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 4301 East Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia, starting at 7:00 PM local time. The Republican State Convention will be held May 17-18, 2013 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center, 403 North Third Street, Richmond, Virginia, starting at 2:00 PM local time on Friday, May 17, 2013.

A voluntary fee of $35 is enclosed for the Republican State Convention. A voluntary fee of $5 is enclosed for the Henrico Mass Meeting.
