Accounting = The action or process of keeping financial accounts.\ Administrative duties = helps manage the daily operations of an organization Anger = A strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility. Arithmetic Logic Unit = is a digital circuit that performs arithmetic and logical operations Binary Digits = One of two digits (0 or 1) in a binary system of notation. Booting = Restarting a computer or its operating system software Business Ethics = the study of just and unjust behaviors in business. Bytes = A group of binary digits or bits (usually eight) operated on as a unit. Communication = The imparting or exchanging of information or news. Computer = An electronic device for storing and processing data, typically in binary form, according to instructions given to it in a variable program. Control Unit = coordinates the components of a computer system. It fetches the code of all of the instructions in the program. Cooperativeness = amenability: the trait of being cooperative. CPU = Central processing unit. Digital era = a world fueled by numbers Downsizing = reducing the number of full-time employees in an organization Effectiveness = means producing a desired or definite result Efficiency = means producing a desired result with a minimum of effort, expense, and waste. Ergonomics = The study of efficiency in working environments. ESC key = On computer keyboards, the Esc key is a key labeled Esc or Escape that is used to generate the ASCII Escape character Flexibility = the property of being flexible; easily bent or shaped

Hardware = The machines, wiring, and other physical components of a computer or other electronic system. Heredity = (of a title, office, or right) Conferred by or based on inheritance. Human Relation = the study of group behavior for the purpose of improving interpersonal relationships, as among employees. Keyboard = A panel of keys that operate a computer or typewriter. Knowledge Explosion (information age) = knowledge monopoly is no longer in the hands of authorities alone, slipping out of control and reaching ordinary citizens Loyalty = A strong feeling of support or allegiance Memory Unit = a unit for measuring computer unit, unit of measurement - any division of quantity accepted as a standard of word - a word is a string of bits stored in computer memory Microprocessor = An integrated circuit that contains all the functions of a central processing unit of a computer. Monitor = An instrument or device used for observing, checking, or keeping a continuous record of a process or quantity: "a heart monitor". Mouse = a hand-operated electronic device that controls the coordinates of a cursor on your computer screen as you move it around on a pad Non-priority task = are those tasks that can wait for tomorrow or even day after. Office = A room, set of rooms, or building used as a place for commercial, professional, or bureaucratic work. Output = Produce, deliver, or supply (data) using a computer or other device. Personality = The combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character.

Prioritizing = Designate or treat (something) as more important than other things Priority task = are those that you must finish today Punctuality = the quality or habit of adhering to an appointed time. Quality focus = competitors surpass organizations that fail to provide quality products and services at reasonable cost (TQM Approach) Records management = is the practice of maintaining the records of an organization from the time they are created up to their ability to serve Reprographics = The process of reproducing, reprinting, or copying graphic material especially by mechanical, photographic, or electronic means. Skills = The ability to do something well; expertise. Stress = refers to the emotional and physical response of the body to a demand made upon it. Tactfulness = tact: consideration in dealing with others and avoiding giving offense. Telework = Work performed primarily on computers linked to other locations, esp. from home or a remote location. TQM = total quality management Word processing = The production, storage, and manipulation of text on a word processor. Workstation = A general-purpose computer with a higher performance level than a personal computer.
