Replying to the E-Mails, Picking up Emails and acting on it, Updates, Follow up, Issues, Log in , Break, Log out on MSN. Etc. as specified by the Manager/OM/Senior. If E-mails or not picked or replied to then everyne present in the shift would be penalised. Any Negative Feedback/Appreciation received from the client/senior managers, HR would be considered, whether it is verbal or written. Sleeping on the floor is considered as Negative Feedback
