WARNING!

The following presentation contains

material that some people may find
offensive.

Where do you get your religion

from?

Sahih al-Bukhari
Sahih Muslim

And…

The Muwatta of Imam Maalik

These three books are the most
authentic sources for the teachings
of Prophet Muhammad (s).

According to Sunni Islam.

The famous Sunni scholar Imam

Nawawi said:

“The scholars have agreed that the

soundest of all hadith compilations
are the two Sahihs of al-Bukhari and
Muslim.”

He also said:

“The two Sahihs differ from all

other books only in respect to the
fact that what is in them is sahih and
does not require investigation.”

They say Bukhari is absolutely

authentic. Every narration contained
within it is Sahih.

They call it the

“Most authentic book after the book

of Allah”.

Many Sunni scholars consider

the Muwatta most authentic:

Imam Shafi’I said:

“There is not on the face of the

earth a book, after the Book of
Allah, which is more authentic than
the book of Malik.”

"The unqualified truth is that all of

the Muwatta is sahih without any
exception!"

Hafidh ibn Hajar al-Asqalani

However … … …

We beg to differ.

The following is a selection of Ten

Fabrications contained within these
books.

Narrations which contradict the

teachings of the Quran and the
established Sunnah.
Absurdities which prove that the
books are not sahih.

May Allah forgive us for repeating

these narrations.

End of Slide.
Please choose another one.
Fabrication One:

The Prophet (s) asks a married

woman to suckle another man.
Aisha the wife of the Prophet (s)
then tells her female relatives to
do it to other men.

Narrated in Sahih Muslim:

Sahla daughter of Suhail came to

Allah's Messenger (s) and said:

Allah's Messenger, I swear by Allah

that I see in the face of Abu
Hudhaifa* (the signs of disgust) on
account of entering of Salim (in the
house),
*Abu Hudhaifa was her husband and salim was their male servant.
whereupon Allah's Messenger (s)
said: “Suckle him.”

She (Sahla bint Suhail) said: “He

has a BEARD.”

But he (again) said: “Suckle him,

and it would remove what is there
(expression of disgust) on the face of
Abu Hudhaifa.”

She said: “(I did that) and, by

Allah, I did not see (any sign of
disgust) on the face of Abu
Hadhaifa.”

Absolutely shocking!
But the fabrication doesn’t stop
there!

Quoting Imam Maalik’s Muwatta:

The Messenger of Allah, may Allah

bless him and grant him peace, said:

'Give him (Salim) five drinks of

your milk and he will be mahram by
it.'

She (Sahla) then saw him as a foster

son.

A'isha umm al-muminin took that as

a precedent for whatever men she
wanted to be able to come to see her.
She ordered her sister, Umm
Kulthum bint Abi Bakr as-Siddiq
and the daughters of her brother to
give milk to whichever men she
wanted to be able to come in to see
her.

Fabrication Two:

The Prophet humiliates himself in

public.

Quoting Sahih Al Bukhari, Narrated

by Jabir ibn Abdullah (r):

While Allah's Apostle was carrying

stones with the people of Mecca for
(the building of) the Ka'ba wearing
an Izar (waist-sheet cover), his
uncle Al-'Abbas said to him:

"O my nephew! (It would be better)

if you take off your Izar and put it
over your shoulders underneath the
stones."

So he took off his Izar and put it

over his shoulders, but he fell
unconscious and since then he had
never been seen naked.

Is this the respect that some

Muslims have for the greatest man
that ever lived?

{6:28} … and most surely they are

liars.
Fabrication Three:

The Prophet was suicidal!

Sahih al Bukhari:

“... the Prophet became so sad as

we have heard that he intended
several times to throw himself from
the tops of high mountains and
every time he went up the top of a
mountain in order to throw himself
down …”

The truth is, the Messenger of Allah

(s) was a prophet since birth.
He was not afraid during the first
revelation and he never ever
contemplated suicide.
Fabrication Four:

The Prophet becomes bewitched

and is unaware of his own actions.

Sahih al Bukhari:

“Once the Prophet was bewitched

so that he began to imagine that he
had done a thing which in fact he
had not done.”
Narrated Aisha, Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 4, Book
53, Hadith NO 400.

Narrated 'Aisha:

Apostle so that he used to think
that he had …”

Would Allah choose for humankind

a role model who is not aware of his
own actions?

{Quran 68:2} By the grace of your

Lord you are not mad.
Fabrication Five:

Prophet Muhammad’s (s) parents

(r) are in hell.

Sahih Muslim:

Verily, a person asked: “Messenger

of Allah, where is my father?”

He replied: “in the Fire.”

When he turned away, he (the Holy

Prophet) called him and said:

“Verily my father and your father are

in the Fire.”

The Apostle of Allah (s) visited

the grave of his mother and he
wept, and moved others around
him to tears, and said:

“I sought permission from my

Lord to beg forgiveness for her
but it was not granted to me,”

These books always disparage the

Family of the Prophet (s).
Fabrication Six:

Prophet Musa (a) slaps the angel of

death (a) and injures his eye.

Sahih al Bukhari:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The angel of death was sent to

Moses and when he went to him,
Moses slapped him severely,
spoiling one of his eyes.

The angel went back to his Lord,

and said, “You sent me to a slave
who does not want to die.”

Allah honoured Prophet Musa (a) by

speaking to him and chose him as
one of his most magnificent
Prophets.

Would a great prophet behave like

an ignorant tyrant and assault an
angel?

Would he not instead desire to meet

Allah?
Fabrication Seven:

Prophet Musa (a) acts like a

madman and is humiliated by Allah
in public.

Warning the following narration is

very offensive. May Allah protect us
from its evil.

Sahih al Bukhari & Muslim,

Narrated by Abu Hurayra:

Banu Israeel used to take a bath

naked, and they looked at the private
parts of one another. Moses (a),
however, took a bath alone, and they
said (tauntingly):
“By Allah, nothing prohibits Moses
to take a bath along with us, but
scrotal hernia.”

He (Moses) once went for a bath and

placed his clothes on a stone but the
stone ran away with his clothes.

Moses ran after it saying: “O stone,

my clothes, O stone, my clothes”

And Banu Isra'il had the chance to

see the private parts of Moses, and
said : “By Allah, Moses does not
suffer from any ailment.”

The stone then stopped, till Moses

had been seen by them, and he then
took hold of his clothes and began to
beat the stone.
Abu Hurayra said: “By Allah, there
are still six or seven marks on that
stone made by Moses”.
Sahih muslim Book 3, Number 0669:
http://www.iiu.edu.my/deed/hadith/muslim/003_smt.html#003_0669

Would a messenger of Allah run

around naked, beating up a stone in
front of everyone, like a madman?

How can anyone speak about a

Prophet (a) in that manner?

Do they have no shame?

Fabrication Eight:

The Prophet (s) laughs when a

companion beats his wife.

Narrated in Sahih Muslim:

He (Hadrat 'Umar) said: I would

say something which would make
the Holy Prophet (s) laugh, so he
said:

“Messenger of Allah, I wish you had

seen (the treatment meted out to) the
daughter of Kharijah when you
asked me for some money, and I got
up and slapped her on her neck.”

Allah's Messenger (s) laughed and

said:
They are around me as you see,
asking for extra money. Abu Bakr
then got up went to Aisha and
slapped her on the neck, and 'Umar
stood up before Hafsa and slapped
her saying: You ask Allah's
Messenger (s) which he does not
possess.

mt.html#009.3506
Fabrication Nine:

The Prophet (s) frequently gets

angry and abuses, curses and
whips innocent people.

Sahih muslim:

Abu Huraira reported Allah's

Messenger (s) saying:

O Allah, I am a human being and

for any person amongst Muslims
upon whom I hurl malediction or
invoke curse or give him
whipping make it a source of
purity and mercy.

mt.html#032.6287
This hadith was fabricated by
Abu Hurayra during the reign of
Muawiyah.

Abu Hurayra wanted to belittle

the Prophet (s) and to flatter
Muwaiyah and his family
because they had been cursed by
the Prophet (s).
Fabrication Ten:

Hamza (r) the uncle of the

Prophet (s) gets drunk with a
group of friends in a house and
then mutilates the camels of Imam
Ali (a)

In Bukhari narrated by Imam Ali (a):

When I intended to marry

Fatima, the daughter of Allah's
Apostle, I had an appointment
with a goldsmith …

…I was collecting for my she-

camels equipment of saddles,
sacks and ropes …
…I returned after collecting
whatever I collected, to see the
humps of my two she-camels cut
off and their flanks cut open and
some portion of their livers was
taken out. When I saw that state of
my two she-camels, I could not
help weeping …

…I asked, "Who has done this?" The

people replied, "Hamza bin Abdul
Muttalib who is staying with some
Ansari drunks in this house."…

…The Prophet then asked for his

covering sheet, put it on, and set out
walking followed by me and Zaid
bin Haritha till he came to the house
where Hamza was …
He asked permission to enter, and
they allowed him, and they were
drunk. Allah's Apostle started
rebuking Hamza for what he had
done, but Hamza was drunk and
his eyes were red …

… Hamza then said, "Aren't you

but the slaves of my father?"
Allah's Apostle realized that he
was drunk, …
bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 324:
http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/fundamentals/hadithsunnah/bukhari/053.sbt.html#004.053.324

The Prophet (s) called Hamza (r) the

Master of Martyrs, and recited
seventy takbirs in his funeral prayer,
instead of the usual five.
These are only a SMALL selection
of the absurdities contained within
these books.

Some of the worst fables have been

omitted from this presentation due to
their excessive disrespect for the
Prophet of Islam (s).

These Ahadith were fabricated by

people who were determined to
degrade the status of the Prophets
(a). So that they could justify their
own sins and the sins of their rulers.

People fabricated narrations to

please rulers like Muawiyah, Yazid
and Marwan.

Conclusion ………
Bukhari is not sahih
Muslim is not sahih

And

The Muwatta is not sahih

Seat in hellfire

If you want to effectively promote

Islam don’t rely on Sunni teachings.

What is the most authentic book

after the book of Allah?

Most probably:
