    Between October 30, 2012 and February 14, 2013, one or more members of Sanctuary Toronto's Outreach Team (Lorraine Lam, Simon Beairsto, Greg Cook, Doug Johnson Hatlem), personally dropped by the Central Access Referral Centre for Shelter Beds for Homeless People in Toronto. In all instances, but one, I tweet out the results soon thereafter from @djjohnso. In the one instance, I filed a formal complaint a few days later. That complaint is inked in the document and was uploaded earlier this evening.
