After nursing interventions, the family will decide on appropriate actions to improve the tegarding conditions of the patient

Short term: After an hour of nursing interventions,the family will determine the preventive factor about the conditions like increase fluid intake, maintain a good hygiene and keep children's back dry Long-term: After a days of nursing interventions, the family will demonstrate compliance to health teachings
