INTRODUCTION
The ongoing construction of Health care Building in Quezon City, Manila plan by Quezon City Mayor, to help some poor constituents in the city. This project plan defines and clarifies the project information and insure its effectiveness. Establishes the direction of construction of Health care and provides a basis for measuring project progress performance. We include project context, criteria for success, critical success factors, purpose, objective, scope, assumptions constraints, system interfaces, risks, preliminary cost/benefits and impact on other organizational units. It is also includes organizational units and their level of commitment, in terms of resources, financial investments and work processes.
The ongoing construction of health care building is prepared by Quezon City mayor Herbert Bautista he give top priority in this new project by developing and improving its facility .
Bautista has directed city engineer Joselito Cabungcal to immediately take all necessary steps to hasten the construction of the new hospital building activities in order to enable the other to vacate its old building, which should be renovated. This is also to prevent complaints of insanitation and high mortality rate of the old building. This ongoing Health care building is fully operational by three to six month from now to enhance the hospitals functionality as a specialized mother and child medical facility since majority of its services are for children and pregnant women, based on its report last year. The NDA reported that it was able to serve last year 25,462 patients; and 14,675 of these patients wherere obstetrics and paediatrics cases. The QC government had earmarked P189.59 million plus P59 million in the pipeline for the redevelopment of NDH to make it an efficiently functioning, professionally managed hospital capable of rendering quality health care to the citys poor constituents and fit to meet the standards of a tertiary-level hospital.
Assumptions/Constraints
This project contains many changes regarding to the construction of health care this changes includes the estimated budget, the specific date when the project will end The used of materials and equipments , the effectively of the project and other factors that can contributed in this project. Assumptions and constraints show up frequently on our projects. We keep an eye out for the assumptions and constraints present in the project it can impact the project across a number of variables including the Health care project requirements and my resulting solution. It can give the risks that assumptions and constraints can add to the project, I think its worth taking a closer look at what they are and how we should identify and manage them.We use these assumptions and constraints to identify potential risks that may impact the project implementation and delivery or have a negative impact on end-user expectations of the resulting solution.
Assumption The Civil engineer provide the resources that will used in the project. 10 to 18 million has been allocated to the project, it is sufficient to complete the project on time. The city engineer gives a certain time to finished the project. Engineer gives assurance to the technical outcome and performance of the project
Need to modify deliverables and adapt the schedule to suit the budget
They should finished the project within the specific time and schedule. Assured all equipments and technical facility are good and obtain in the project
SCOPE MANAGEMENT
The scope of this project Health care building involves the work creating the product of the project and process used to create them, The process involves in defining and controlling what is or is not included in the project.
