NOTIFICATION OF ABSENCE
Parents are required to notify their school-age program by noon if their child will be absent from the program for any reason. If your child is absent from the program without notification, the staff must follow the missing child procedure (as outlined in the parent handbook), which pulls the staff away from their duties with the other children at the center. Therefore, this Non-Notification of Absence policy will be followed: 1) Written warning after the first Non-Notification of your childs absence; 2) $25 fee assessed for each Non-Notification thereafter.
