Case No. 1624: A Future Land Use Map Amendment regarding 119.16 acres, changing the FLU designation from Community Service (CS), Multifamily (MF), and Single Family (SF), to the following: Single Family Low Density (SFLD) 97.74 acres; and Commercial East (CE) 21.42 acres.

Case No. 1624A: A rezoning regarding 119.16 acres, changing the zoning designation from Conservation (W), Recreation Open Space (ROS), Multifamily High Density (MF32) Residential, and Single Family Low Density (SF7) Residential, to the following: Single Family Low Density (SF3) Residential, with a further rezoning to Residential Planned Development (RPD) 97.74 acres; and General Commercial (GC), with a further rezoning to Commercial Planned Development (CPD) 21.42 acres.

Note: The applicant is withdrawing this item from the Planning Board agenda. The applicant is proposing to forego the revised proposal described above and proceed to the City Commission with a scaled-back version of the application approved (6-1) by the Planning Board on November 20, 2012.
