A. Political objectives of the operation:

i. Retaliation strike against Iran for supporting a terrorist action in an Atlantis country
ii. Securing the freedom and independence of the Chinese nation.
iii. Insuring a military presence in the proximity of India in order to counterbalance the
Indonesian aggression of this peaceful nation.

B. Military objectives of the operation:

i. Securing the following Iranian (original Chinese) regions by the Atlantis international
force, trough direct war from Romania: Xinjang, Quinghai, Ninhxia, Inner Mongolia,
Beijing and Liaoning in 7 days.
ii. Enhancing cohesion and communication within the Atlantis alliance.
iii. Securing the political independence of China by supporting the original chinese
leadership on the next congressional elections.
iv.Testing the feasibility of human-intensive military operations as an alternative to heavy
tanking and resource-intensive approaches.
v. Building up a solid new generation of Atlantis soldiers and a new Atlantis International
Force (600-800 soldiers with high cohesion, mobility, discipline and motivation).

C. Tactical details:

i. Romania will declare war on Iran latest day 460 of the new world.
ii. Romania will attack Iran lastest day 460 of the new world
iii. Atlantis countries are invited to deploy troops in Romania in days 460 - 461 of the new
world.
iv.The advance of the Atlantis International Force will be continuous, each new region will
be opened immediately after current region is secured, according to following sequence:
Xinjang -> Quinghai -> Ninhxia -> Inner Mongolia -> Beijing -> Liaoning
v. The Battle sequence is the following:
✦ T+1 hour from battle opening: 60% of the force will be allocated
✦ T+1 hour until T+22 hours: the population of Romania will be encouraged to fight
✦ T+22 hours until battle end: 40% of the force will be allocated + Romanian Army
elite units + Atlantis heavy tanking (if necessary)

D. Mission requirements:

i. The Atlantis International Force will consist of young soldiers meeting the following
criteria:
• They should be members of a military unit of an Atlantis member country
• Minimum strength level of 4 (5-6 ideally but not necessary)
• Should have a direct supervisor detached to lead them. All soldiers will receive
orders trough their direct superiors. We recommend having one decision-level
between the soldiers and the mission General Command.
• Should be equipped with 2 moving tickets and weapons (low Q) for at least 2 days of
fighting (3 days ideally, but not necessary).

E. Mission support:

i. Romania will provide to all members of the Atlantis International Force the following:
• Weapons for at least 2 days of fighting
• Secured jobs in Romania in all areas (manufacturing, land, constructions)
• Salaries matching the cost of a high-Q food unit (Q4 or Q5).
• Minimum 5% gifts / day of fighting
• A secured communication channel for the mission High Command
• An open socialization channel for the Atlantis International Force

F. Security clearance:

1. Atlantis Presidents and Ministers of Defense have direct access to this document but
should NOT share it with anybody below their clearance level.

2. The contents of this document may be revealed to Atlantis unit commanders or army
generals, but they should NOT share any information they receive.

3. Fighters of the Atlantis International Force have access to the following information:
a. Political objectives
b. Duration of the mission
c. Mission support details
d. Mission requirements.

Romania is grateful for having the privilege to organize such an undertaking with its allies.
We hope that this mission will mark a decisive shift in the distribution of power worldwide
and will bring us all serious qualitative benefits.

the next 24 hours.
