Work description
Tools: 14360000 Vacuum pump

Use cable ties part no. 4881440 to clamp assembled hoses on suitable places. 1 2 Remove the floor mat and operators seat. Remove the plates 1 and 2. Connect the vacuum pump, See Service Manual BL70.

Fit the valve 2 on the frame with the flange screws 4 (3 pcs). Fit the v-couplings 1, 3, 6 and the coupling 5 on the valve. Fit the hose 7 and route the hose against the working pump. Fit three couplings part no. 13933858 on the solenoid valve 2 and the t-coupling 3. Fit the hose 1 (hose 5 in step 12) to the solenoid valve (port 2). Fit the hose 7 (hose 4 in step 12) to the t-coupling (port 3). Fit the hose 4 (from upper side of valve) and hose 5 (from underneath of valve) to the lever. Fit the solenoid valve on the cover plate 1 with the flange screws 2 (distance sleeves between plate and valve) and flange locknut. Fit the hose 3 to the t-coupling and route the hose against the drain line on right hand side. Connect cable harness (11886730) marked X 73 in one end to existing connector marked X 73 and connect the other end marked X 345 to the solenoid valve. Fit the hose 2 (hose 3 in step 15) to the drain line 1. NOTE! T-coupling part no.13933859 and plug part no. 935756 maybe have to be fitted, depends if other options drain hoses are assembled to the drain line.
