All of the mainstream serious kiss media like Huf Post and Politico had ready articles for maximum milking of the self promotion. While Obamas expected a win for their big donors Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg for Lincoln, Michelle kept it cool having to announce Argo, an anti radical Iran movie, and this coming on the hills of Barrys top secret Florida vacation with Reggie Love. I have to give it to Michelle for good acting. Michelles promotion is quite reminiscent of promotions of a couple of other significant others: Elena Ceausescu and Imelda Marcos, wives of Romanian and Filipino dictators respectively. This means that the emergency stay which was placed on Judged Forrests injunction against Section 1021 and indefinite detention will remain in effect.

View the Supreme Courts Order More thoroughly: THIS is what happened: Our attorneys asked the Supreme Court to consider lifting the stay on our injunction against Section 1021 and indefinite detention. As youll recall, we won our lawsuit last September and were granted a worldwide injunction against this provision ensuring people could not be indefinitely detained under the sweeping and unchecked scope of the NDAA. Despite having issued a signing statement in January of 2012 claiming he would not use these powers against American citizens, Obama immediately appealed Judge Forrests ruling and our win, then went further and asked her to grant a stay on the injunction, essentially lifting that injunction. She refused. Next, the DOJ attorneys went to the second circuit court and asked them to lift the stay as well, claiming irreparable harm would be incurred by the US if the government did not have these unchecked powers. The second circuit court judges granted their request and put a stay on our injunction.
We applied to both Justice Ginsberg (who said no) and Justice Scalia (who said yes) to convene a conference of the entire Supreme Court to consider lifting that stay and restoring our injunction. They told us yesterday that they will not lift the stay indefinite detention under the NDAA stands. Now, it is up to us to convince the media in time to cover the TRUTH about the AUMF and the NDAA and what the United States government has been doing, and why they needed to conflate these two laws, and why they think they are allowed to have unchecked powers to detain anyone, anywhere based on suspicion alone.

I have looked at in detail the documentation that Attorney Orly Taitz has accumulated regarding President Obamas eligibility to serve in that office. I have watched with increasing alarm as those in our government and particularly our judiciary at various levels have chosen to ignore the evidence and instead attack the messenger or resort to technicalities to avoid doing their job. I am more concerned now about the future of our country than I have ever been. The media of course is so biased as to be not even worthy of listening to. Letters I have written to my representatives have resulted in just boilerplate replies none of which confront the issues. It is way past time to address this concern head-on and quit worrying that others will call us birthers or other stupid things. I prefer they call me a truther because that is what I am after. Only YOU can get to the truth. We 300+ million citizens rely on YOU 500+ government representatives (Exec, Congress, SC) to do what is right. Please investigate at once the processes used by the administrators and the justices themselves to review this case (Noonan et al). What has apparently happened so far is frightening. We all took an oath to support and defend our constitution. Those who do not do so or who believe it is their job to ignore and change our constitution should do the honorable thing and immediately resign. As Gen MacArthur said a million ghosts will rise up shouting Duty Honor Country. You must look at every shred of evidence regarding President Obamas SSN, his Selective Service Registration, his student status, and the other issues raised by Ms. Taitz (who has nothing to gain from this and has been subjected to cruel and vile ridicule) and the experts involved. I could care less what his grades were. My opinion is he should be proud to show his accomplishments at college as an example to all our children of what can be done if we work hard. If the government arbitrarily decides that they are not fit, the veterans will be deprived from exercising their second amendment rights and will be punished if caught caring guns. As Taitz and Astrue are opposing parties in the litigation Taitz was seeking to act in an ethical manner and served Mr. Astrue through his attorney. Moreover, it could have been construed as harassment or unethical if she would have tried to contact Mr. Astrue directly when he is represented by an attorney. As such in April 2012 Taitz served Mr. Astrue through his attorney Deputy U.S. Attorney Helen Gilbert. As prior judge in the case, Circuit Judge Coleman required pleadings to be delivered by email, Mr. Astrues attorney Ms. Gilbert was served via e-mail in April 2012 together with all other defendants and their attorneys. See Exhibit 1 e-mail with attached First Amended Complaint sent to all the defendants and Mr. Astrues attorney Ms. Gilbert. Before Taitz could obtain summons from the state court for the additional defendant Astrue, other defendants removed the case to the federal court. When this court ruled that the jurisdiction is indeed in the federal court Taitz immediately obtained summons from the clerk of this court and forwarded the complaint and summons to the professional process server and paid for their services. The summons were delivered to the U.S. Attorneys office in Washington DC. The office that is working with the SSA and which represents now retired Commissioner Astrue is the DC U.S. Attorneys office. The summons in this case clearly state that the Defendant Commissioner Astrue is served through the U.S. Attorneys office. Please, see the attached printout of the official address of the U.S. Attorneys office in Washington DC Exhibit 2. It is the same address as the address of the Attorney General. There is only one clerk receiving pleadings and summons at that address. The case on point is Brown v Menlo which quoted: Brown v. Menlo Worldwide Expedite United States District Court, D. Kansas. July 17, 2006 Not Reported in F.Supp.2d On July 22, 2005, plaintiff pro se filed suit against Menlo Worldwide Expedite!, alleging that it refused to hire her on the basis of race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights ActIn Brisco v. Getto, 204 Kan. 254, 256-257, 462 P.2d 127,129 (1969), the Kansas Supreme Court, interpreting substantial compliance, held that before there can be a valid personal service of process there must be a substantial compliance with some method of process provided in K.S.A. 60-301 et seq. ALLIANCE TIRE & RUBBER CO ., 158 F.R.D. 475, 482 (D.KAN.1994), THE COURT HELD THAT SERVICE OF PROCESS WAS IN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE WITH THE STATUTE WHERE THE PROCESS-SERVER LEFT THE SUMMONS AND COMPLAINT WITH DEFENDANTS CORPORATE SECRETARY, WHO WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE OFFICE AT DEFENDANTS BUSINESS ADDRESS AT THAT TIME.
Similarly, in case at hand there is only one secretary accepting pleadings for the Attorney General of the U.S. and the U.S. Attorneys office working under the Attorney General in the same office. The summons clearly stated that the defendant is served through the U.S. Attorneys office, so even though the professional process server company Same Day Process servers did not stated Attorney General and U.S. Attorney and wrote only Attorney General, the U.S. Attorneys office was indeed served. 4. Social Security Administration headquarters in Baltimore refuse to accept service of process. Please, see Exhibit 3, a printout of the report from the process server, stating that the Social Security Administration refuses to accept service of process. Moreover, there is a pattern of multiple governmental officials simply refusing to accept service of process and advising the process servers to serve the summons, pleadings and subpoenas at the Department of Justice. In 2009 a similar case Keyes v Obama 9th circuit Court of Appeals 09-56827 and 10-55084 was filed. Multiple governmental agency including Barack Obama himself refused to accept service. Please, see an affidavit of Mary Ann McKiernan, a patriot and supporter of Taitz, who specifically travelled to DC and tried to serve the summons, pleadings and subpoenas on Obama at the White House and on several other agencies only to be told to serve everything at the Department of Justice, which houses both the attorney General and the U.S. Attorneys office, which represents all the federal agencies in litigations. So, Taitz served Astrue at the only office which accepts summons and routinely represents Astrue. Moreover, in two other cases Taitz v Sebelius SAcv-12-1092 Central District of California, 3:12-cv-03251 US District Court Northern District of Texas, challenging the ACA, also known as Obamacare, Taitz served the U.S. Attorney in her jurisdiction and the summons and complaint were transferred to the U.S. Attorney in DC, who represented all the Federal defendants including the Commissioner Astrue. As such Taitz served the US Attorneysoffice which is responsible for represented Commissioner Astrue and which routinely represents him. This case revolves around the facts that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number, a number which was never assigned to him. Considering the fact that Obama is listed a citizen of Indonesia in his school records from Indonesia and that he was removed from his mothers American passport, when he became a citizen of Indonesia, we have a foreign national, a citizen of Indonesia usurping the U.S. Presidency using forged and stolen IDs. This is a matter of the outmost importance to the National security and the issue of High Treason, as such Taitz served directly the US Attorneys office representing Astrue, in order to expedite the matter and not wait for the local office in MS to transfer the case to DC. 1. There is a pattern of Commissioner Astrue not responding and not complying with court orders. Please, see exhibit 5 Docket from Taitz v Astrue 11-5304. U.S. Court of Appeals District of Columbia Circuit. In this case former commissioner Astrue is being represented by Deputy U.S. Attorney Helen Gilbert. The case is a Freedom of Information case under 5US 552, where Taitz was seeking the original SS-5 application to the CT SSN xxx-xx-4425 Obama is using, which does not pass E-Verify and SSNVS and shows Obama using a number which was never assigned to him. Originally the court denied the FOIA request, however on 01.29.2013 Taitz submitted a motion to recall the mandate and reconsider due to new decisions and new evidence. She submitted newly discovered information, Affidavit of investigator Al Hendershott, Exhibit 6 who uncovered the name of the individual, who was born in 1890 and whose death was never reported to the SSA and whose Social Security number was unlawfully assumed since 1986 by Obama. The court docket shows that defendant Commissioner of Social Security Astrue was ordered to file a response by 02.11.2013. Astrue and his attorney Deputy U.S. Attorney Helen Gilbert never filed a response. In this case they cannot possibly claim that they were not served, as they are being served automatically via Electronic Court Filing. So, there is clearly a pattern of former Commissioner Astrue and the U.S. Attorneys office/Department of Justice led by Obama appointee Eric Holder to cover up Obamas use of a stolen Social Security number, as Obama does not have a valid birth certificate, he is using a laughable computer generated forgery as a birth certificate and could not lawfully obtain a Social Security number. 1. Based on all of the above and per precedent of Fuller v City of Wichita finding: In any method of serving process, substantial compliance therewith shall effect valid service of process if the court finds that, notwithstanding some irregularity or omission, the party served was made aware that an action or proceeding was pending in a specified court in which his or her person, status or property were subject to being affected.). Taitz is requesting this court to hold a hearing at the earliest convenience and subpoena Deputy US Attorney Gilbert, employee of the Justice Department Donna Whitle and the U.S. Attorney who received the summons and the First Amended complaint from Whitle to testify to this court whether they indeed forwarded the summons and complaint to former Commissioner Astrue. This court has jurisdiction over all of these federal employees under 28 U.S.C.A. 1361. If they attest that they did so, then Astrue indeed had a notice and had a duty to respond and currently is in default for not responding. Alternatively, if the court is not willing to hold a hearing to ascertain whether Astrue indeed had a notice of legal proceedings against him, then Taitz is requesting a leave of court to supplement service. Requested relief is in the interest of Public Policy In general courts seek to adjudicate cases on the merits. It is even more essential in the case at hand. This court received previously affidavits of Felicito Papa, Linda Jordan, Susan Daniels, who have shown that Obama posted his tax returns on line and forgot to flatten the PDF file, whereby full unredacted Social Security number used by him became available to the public. It was checked and it failed both E-Verify and SSNVS, two governmental agencies, which are used for verification of Social Security numbers. Investigators Sankey and Daniels reported that in multiple databases the number in question shows to be assigned to an individual born in 1890. Affidavit of Albert Hendershot provided the name of the individual whose Social Security number Obama is using, it shows Harrison Harry J. Bounel at the same address as Obama, 5046 S. Greenwood Ave, Chicago, with the same Social Security number xxx-xx-4425. Taitz submits the last missing piece of information: US Census printout from 1940, showing Harry J. Bounel age 50 in 1940, immigrant from Russia, residing at 915 Daly Ave NY. This census printout provided the last bit of information and tied reports by licensed investigators Sankey and Daniels, which showed xxx-xx-4425 assigned to an individual born in 1890 and report by Hendershot, which showed Harry J. Bounel at the same address as Obama, under the same Social Security number, but did not have the age. The census filed in the blank and showed that since Harry Bounel was 50 years old in 1940, he indeed was born in 1890. (Exhibit 6). As such we have a case of High Treason and use of a stolen Social Security number by a foreign national usurping the U.S. Presidency. This is the most egregious crime ever committed against the United States of America and require expedient adjudication. Taitz requests an evidentiary hearing at the earliest convenience of Honorable Judge Wingate or in alternative a leave of court to supplement service to the satisfaction of the court within 10 days. Hi For your information, heres a look at the global financial situation off which the world is currently unaware but soon will be, Im sending this to better inform you about what you are up against. This is a very real situation and comes directly from the horses mouth as it were. Ive been in touch with traders in Hong Kong, Zurich, New York and Istanbul over night. Only those who are aware of the Elites game plan can understand what is going on. The rest are totally lost and have no explanation for what is going on. Most analysts cannot find any viable macroeconomic explanation of the fact that over the last 5 months gold has been falling against the USD despite world central banks flooding the world markets with historically cheap credit, interest rates maintained at their lowest ever, and the primary money printing presses (aka the Fed, the BoE, the ECB, the BoJ and the SNB) working around the clock! What these analysts fail to realize are, among other factors, the following: a) the Elite-owned CLS Bank International has a daily turn over of approx $4 trillion via the global FOREX market, b) the Elite are in collective control of all world central banks, and most importantly: c) the year 2013 marks the mandatory END of the Feds 100-year Bank Charter. With regards to the significance of the Fed Banking Charter (item c, above), it would be helpful to recall that the War of 1812 occurred ONLY due to the fact that the newly gone independent USA (1776) did not agree to renew the 20-year mandate of the Elites Bank Charter which ran out in 1811. The First Bank Charter was granted on a 10-year basis (17811791). When the US Congress declined to renew the Elites Bank Charter (Bank of the United States;http://www.sjsu.edu/faculty/watkins/BofUS.htm), the Elite imposed the 5-year long War of 1812. Interestingly, all history books taught in the US schools cite Taxation without Representation as the main reason for the War of 1812! In that sense, not much has changed since then, has it? My concern is that there was nothing specific, there was no indication of any location or time of any organized protests, only solicitation of donation. Does anyone have any specific information, any specific place and time for protests, or is it another scam to suck money out of people and do nothing?
I appreciate everyones words of support, however we need actions, it is too late for words, you have to be in front of the offices of your corrupt congressmen, corrupt senators, corrupt US attorneys, corrupt judges protesting the usurpation of the presidency by a criminal with forged IDs. The committee, which has held hearings in recent weeks on ways to prevent gun violence, again called into focus statistics that show a dramatic drop in federal weapons prosecutions over the past decade. The letters cite a Syracuse University study that show firearms prosecutions under President George W. Bush peaked at 11,015 in 2004 while the Obama administration has prosecuted about 7,774 firearms cases in 2012.

In a city like Chicago, which saw 506 murders last year, it is appalling that the U.S. attorneys office in that jurisdiction only prosecuted 25 federal firearms cases during 2011, the group wrote. The letter also points out that of the 76,142 gun permit requests that were denied following background checks by federally-licensed firearms dealers, only 4,732 were referred for prosecution. Of that total, only 62 prosecutions resulted. In addition to Goodlatte, the letters were signed by Reps. November 16, 2012 by Bob Livingston Whats Behind Obamas Military Purge? PHOTOS.COM Is something deep and dark afoot in the upper regions of military command? Since the Sept. 11 Benghazi, Libya, massacre, President Barack Obama has sacked his CIA director and two of his top military commanders, demoted one and found another caught up in the scandal involving the CIA director. This many top commanders being relieved at one time is unprecedented in U.S. history. So, are sexual misconduct and corruption that rife in the military command? Or is Obama making a point about staying on script in the Benghazi incident? Or is the President purging a group of rogue commanders who were planning a coup? The recent casualties of the high command are CIA Director (formerly top Afghanistan commander) David Petraeus, General Carter F. Ham (AfriCOM) and Rear Admiral Charles M. Gaouette (Carrier Task Force Stennis), who were sacked; General William Kip Ward (former AfriCOM), who was stripped of a star; and Afghanistan commander John Gault 8 Marine General John R. Allen, who has been tied to the Petraeus sex scandal in a guilt-by-association sort of way. This is reminiscent of Joseph Stalins and Adolf Hitlers purges and executions of top military commanders who did not toe the line without the bullets. Petraeus was either sacked or chose to resign, perhaps because he was galled by being forced to claim something he knew to be not true: that the attack was the result of an
approved amateurish video denigrating Mohammed as the pedophile and murder he was. So a sex scandal story was fabricated or used after being held in abeyance to try to shut him up or embarrass him. Now, he says hell testify before Congress. He should watch his back in the coming days. The dismissal of Ham is interesting because there are reports that he had assets in place set to rescue Libyan Ambassador Christopher Stevens and his team but was ordered to stand down. According to Tigerdroppings.com, Ham was receiving the same emails the White House was receiving requesting support as the attack was under way. Ham got a rapid response unit ready and communicated that with the Pentagon. When he was told to stand down, Ham responded he was not going to obey the order. Less than a minute later, his second in command told Ham that he had been relieved of his command. In a highly unusual move, Gaouette was relieved while deployed pending the outcome of an internal investigation into undisclosed allegations of inappropriate judgment, according to a report by The Stars and Stripes (since scrubbed from its website). But the Russian intelligence agency GRU reports that Gaouettes firing was due to his disobeying orders when he ordered his forces to assist and provide intelligence for American military forces ordered into action by Ham. The whole Benghazi cover-up story took an even stranger turn with revelations that the man who succeeded Petraeus in Afghanistan had sent hundreds of emails to Jill Kelley, the woman who supposedly caused the FBI to open its investigation into Petraeus. The emails were then reported to be of the phone sex variety. And finally theres Ward, who had been under investigation for a year and a half over charges he had spent $82,000 on lavish travel and other unauthorized expenses. Being among the top brass is an increasingly dangerous business.
