September 2012 RE: TESTIMONY OF NAH ZHENG XIANG PHILSON To Whom It May Concern This is to confirm that Nah Zheng Xiang Philson was on an internship with barterfli Holdings Pte Ltd (barterfli) from 7 May 2012 to 3 August 2012. As an intern, Philson was assigned the responsibility to participate in the software development of barterflis e-commerce solutions. As the internship was for a period of 3 months, Philson needed to be familiar with the technology components applied by barterfli, including Liferay Portal, mobile applications and themes development. Throughout his internship, Philson has successfully shown himself to be capable of applying his theoretical knowledge to the tasks we have assigned and demonstrated his creativity and ability to think out-of-the-box and understanding the importance of meeting user expectations. He has also gained a broader perspective of the skills required beyond the classroom lessons, including troubleshooting, understanding requirements and developing skills to source for alternative solutions. During his internship, we have observed that Philson has the potential to be a key contributor to the company, be passionate about the company and his work and he is able to provide good alternatives and fresh perspectives.
