AFFIDAVIT OF ADAM B. LEVIN REGARDING

GOOGLE ADWORDS CAMPAIGN FOR HOSTESS BRANDS, INC.
I, Adam B. Levin, being duly sworn, hereby declare as follows: 1. I am Senior Account Executive at Miller Advertising Agency, Inc., an advertising agency that specializes in the publication of legal notice advertisements. 2. This affidavit is based upon my personal knowledge and upon information
provided by Google Inc.
3. I managed a Google AdWords campaign for Hostess Brands, Inc. that began on Monday, February 1 L 2013 and ran continuously through noon ET on Thursday, February 21, 2013. 4. The campaign targeted search results for the keyword "Hostess," for Google users worldwide, on all types of devices (e.g. computers, tablets, smartphones, etc.), at all times of day. 5. A copy of the ad that appeared on Google search results is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. 6. The ad linked those that clicked on it to http://\\-'Ww.kccllc.net/hostessretireebenefits/, a web page that hosted various notices pertaining to retiree benefits. 7. The campaign achieved a total of 557,407 impressions and 1,635 clicks.
