THE GRAFFITI
In our school, there is a speciality of Arts
that every year cooperates organizing
exhibitions, in this case a graffiti, with or an
educational and logical purpose.

For a few years behind, we have

made an effort so that the pupils
who come from other countries
adapt easily. This graffiti was
painted by the students to show
how important is cultural diversity.
These are the materials used for
the creation of the graffiti and the
artists are showing their skill.
THE END
“LyB” Plan.

· What is?
The Council of Education starts up the present Plan of Reading
and Library, LyB Plan, directed to the Andalusian teaching
institutions of public ownership of Secondary Education, in
order to impel a series of measures that facilitate children and
young people the intellectual development of reading practices
and abilities and incorporate the regular use of the scholastic
library like a resource of support for permanent learning.
· How is it developed?
Each class has a mini-library with a lot of different books. At language
lessons, students take a book and read it for 15 minutes.
When students finish a book, they have to complete a test of the book and
later the teacher examines them orally about the contents of the book..
Showing competence in the
understanding
of each book adds 0.5 points to the
Spanish language marks..
· Objective:
Encouraging the reading habit.
Increasing the student's vocabulary.
 DANCE FESTIVAL.
In our high school,
we celebrate a dance
festival where
students make
choreographies.
The teachers are the
judges and they
choose the best
groups to go to other
high schools where
they compete with
other groups.
In the festival, it is very
important clothes and
make-up. The groups
are formed by ten
components more or
less. Here, there are
some photos.
MUSIC FESTIVAL.
Besides the dance festival, we
make a music festival. This
festival is celebrated on Santa
Cecilia.
The teachers organize music
workshops where students
participate.

Last year, the most important

music workshop was
Gregorian Chant, where the
teachers taught Gregorian
Chant to children. They make
other workshops where they
create music with objects from
the science lab.
END OF YEAR TRIP

Hello, classmates from all the world.

Here are some photos of our end of year
trip. Next to the text, you can see us in
Salou, a city from the White Coast, in the
North-east of Spain. We were waiting the
bus to go to Port Adventure, a fun park.
We brought the Spanish flag because
that night, Spain was going to play a
match versus Germany. And we won!

This picture was taken in the national

park of Ordesa, near the Pirineos. This
photo was taken at a height over 1500
metres. There were two roads to arrive
at end, and it was the most difficult path.
This is the easy road of the park Ordesa, on which other mates walked. It was also a
fantastic experience and landscapes were so great.
These photos are from the trip to
Salamanca, which is done by the
students in 2nd Bachillerato. It is the
most advanced level in secondary
school, before the university.
During the trip we learn history and
culture, but we also have lots of fun
together.
End of year dinner of 4º ESO

This photo is special. Girls wore long

formal dresses and boys wore formal
suits.

This photo was taken at 2 a.m. We weren't

tired, so we could stay up until 10 a.m. It was a
fantastic night and we will remember that to all
our lives.
