SMS GUN

SMS GUN is powerful software which is used to send bulk SMS. In todays competitive world to sustain the business and to maintain the number of customer is very difficult so there arises a need to advertise about your product and to advertise SMS sending is one of the best media because almost each and every people are having mobile But to type message manually and to send it is bit difficult. But we at Multiicon recognized your problem and developed such software which can be used to send multiple messages at a time.

For this what you need is a mobile or a GSM router with the help of which message typed on computer screen will be send to the user whose number is inserted in the screen. Contact Master
Contact Master is used to enter the contact details of the people to whom you want to send SMS. In contact master there are three fields they are Name, Mobile number and Group name. There are different types of controls given in Contact Master they are as follows. New Modify Delete Exit Search New If you want to make new entry then you can do it by pressing New button so the focus goes on the Name box where you have to enter the name of the person, in the second box you have to enter the mobile number and in last field either you have to enter the group name or you have to select it. Then press the save button so the record is now saved. Modify If you want to modify any record then you have to select that particular record and then press the modify button and make the changes which you want to do and then press the update button so that your record is now updated. Delete If you want to delete the record then same as you have to select that particular record and then press the delete button. So it will ask for the confirmation press the yes if you want to delete the record. Search Search option is used to do searching if you want to search a record then you can do it with the help of search option. You can do searching on two criteria they are by group name wise or by mobile wise. When you want to searching on group wise then select the group wise in Look in field and in For what write the name of the group on which you want to do the searching so all the records will be shown in the table given on the left of the screen. When you want to do searching on mobile wise then select the mobile wise in Look in and give the mobile number in For what box and press the enter so all the records will be shown in the table give on the left of the screen. Exit Exit option is used to cancel any operation which is going on or it can be used to get off from Contact Master. Below shows the screen of the Contact Master.

SMS Master
SMS Master is used to store different type of the message with whom you have day to day concern like message of any advertisement of your product etc. Same as Contact Master, SMS Master has same controls they are as follow New Modify Delete Search Exit New When you want to write new message then press the new button so the focus goes on the SMS Text write the message and select the name of the group for which you have written the message if given and if not given then write in the group name in the box and then press the save button so your message will be saved. Modify To modify the message you have to select that message which you can select from the table given on the top if not given then search it and double click the record in the table and press the modify button, make the changes which you want to do and press the update button so the record is now updated. Delete To delete a record you have to select that record same as modify option and then press the delete option so it will ask for the confirmation so the record will be deleted. Search Search option is used to search the particular record in search option so can do searching on two criteria they are All and Group wise In All it shows all the records while in Group wise can do searching on different group for this select the group from For what and press enter so all the records of that particular group will be shown on the table. Exit Exit option is used to cancel any operation or it is used to get off from SMS Master. Below shows the screen of the SMS Master.

SMS Sender
SMS Sender is one of the most important forms of the SMS GUN. With the help of SMS Sender you can send the message to different people. For SMS Sending there are three important steps which are as follow. 1. Select the Message 2. Select the Contact 3. Press Send Button. Select the Message To send message the first step is to select the message which you want to send to different people for this you can do in two option either select it from Template or write it Manually For manual writing first of all select the Manual option from Look in so a box will be seen on the screen type your message there and press enter. So your message is ready to send For Template first of all select the Template option from Look in so a window will open on the screen. In which message already written using SMS Master will be shown select the message which you want to send by pressing the Down arrow key and press the Back button so that message is selected for sending. Remember that you can select more than one message also. All the message you have select will be delivered to all the user which you have selected. The Template screen is shown below for more information.

So as shown above you can select all the message which you want to send at a time and press Back button. You can do searching also for this select the criteria from Look in and give the value in For what. you can do searching on two criteria they are Group wise and No wise. Select the Contact Second step for sending SMS is to select the contact number of all the people to whom you want to send message. For selecting contact number there are two options they are 1) Local and 2) Right Hand Local In Local you can select all the record which you have entered in Contact Master. For this select the option Local in the Look in so a pop up window will appear on the screen in which there are contact details of all the people which you have entered through Contact Master. You can select multiple record also for this press the down arrow key so all the record will come from upper table to lower table and press Back button so your contact details is ready to send. You can enter the contact details at the time of selection also for this add the mobile number in the box given at bottom of the screen and press the Add button so that number will be added to the table and press the Back button You can do searching on multiple criteria like Group wise and Mobile number wise. For this select the criteria in Look in on which you want to do searching and then

So all the records fulfilling the criteria will be displayed in the upper table now select the record which you want to add to Contact details by pressing down arrow button. Below shows the screen of contact details for your help and easy understanding.

So as shown above you can select the contact details.

Right Hand
This option is used to get the contact details from Right Hand software. Right Hand is our software which is used for office work for maintaining the contact details and address of the client etc for more information see the help of Right Hand. So with the help of Right Hand option you can get the contact details of the Right Hand for this select the Right Hand from Look in so a normal window will open select the Right Hand database name data [which is a Microsoft access file] from the Right Hand folder so it will take all the contact details of Right Hand on its own. Send After getting the message from select message option and getting the contact details from contact details step comes the third step in which you have to press the Create Job button so in below given table all the contact person number with the message will be shown and now press the Send button so the message will be send to the person You can also the information about Total number of job, how many have of them are send how many of them has error in sending and current position etc on the box given in middle of the screen on right side. Below shows the SMS Sending screen.

So as shown above SMS Sending is very easy.

Backup
It is one of the most important option of the Banker software suppose you want to take the copy of your records saved then you can do it with help of Backup option for this you have to select the path and just press the backup button so Banker will take the backup on its own. So your records will be safeguarded. If the records from original database are missing then you can copy them from the backuped file. Below shows the figure of backup window.

Settings
Settings option is used to do different type of settings there are two type of setting they are Security and Other Setting Security In security setting you can do setting related to security like password user name and its rights. There are three option in security they are Add new, Modify and Cancel If you want to add new user then you can do it with the help of Add new button for this press Add New button and enter the User Name, password and retype the password along with checking the rights which you want to assign him by checking all the box in front of different rights and then press the Save button so the new user is created. If you want to make changes in the user account like the user name or password or different rights then you can do it with the help of Modify button for this press the Modify button so the focus goes on the user name box select the user and press enter so all the rights pertaining to him will be shown to you make the modification which you want to do and press the Save button so the modification will be saved in the users account. Cancel button is used to cancel any operation or it is used to get out of Settings window. Other Settings In other settings you can do the setting related to SMS sending. There are four different types of other settings they are Comm. Port selection for this There are 10 number given in the box select the appropriate number. The number of Comm. Port is selected on bases of on which port your are connecting your Mobile or GSM router. The second settings is of frequency means at which frequency you want to send the message this frequency are selected on the bases of the frequency supported by the your Mobile phone or GSM router. The Third option is of Auto Answer is option is selected if you want to get the reply message from the mobile service provider that message is send or not. The fourth option is of Security enable or disable if choose enable then when the software is starting then it asks for the user name and password and if disable is selected then it do not asks for the password and user name.
