Pricing for Services

Pricing is based upon the length of the contract and the size/complexity of the property. Short-term contracts are priced slightly higher than longer term contracts of 4 or more months. 1-3 months: ! ! 4-12 months:! ! starts at $1,000.00 a month. starts at $750.00 a month.

Contracts are based on 40 hours of work in a month. Tasks and responsibilities will be worked out in advance of the beginning of work, plus the desired goals to be achieved by the end of the contract. Extra duties not covered in the initial contract and will require signicant time dedication (i.e. acting as a remote front ofce manager or sales manager ) can be billed at my discretion at the rate of $20.00 per hour. All contracts will include at least one phone call / Skype session a week to communicate about issues, reporting, and long term goals. More phone calls can be arranged subject to my availability. All contracts also include a Basecamp Project Page to manage all communication, to do items, les, and so forth. This is primarily for my benet when organizing a project, but you will have full access to the project site, as well. Other team members can be added if necessary, and certain les/communications can be shared with other non-members of the site. At the conclusion of the contract, all information on the Basecamp Project Page will be archived and given to you as a ZIP le. That ZIP le can be unzipped and viewed as a webpage through your browser. The Basecamp Project Page will also remain active for at least one month for quick reference to the information stored there. Before the page is deleted, you will be notied by email or a phone call.

Payment and Deposit


Once terms are agreed upon for the duration and price of the contract, a deposit for 50% of the rst month will be due. The remainder will be invoiced at the end of the rst month of work.

Invoices will be sent on the 30th of each month and will be for that month (i.e. invoice on March 30th for March 1-31). Invoices will be sent as a PDF and a web link to the PDF for online viewing/storage. A payment portal will be setup for credit card payments. Canadian properties can arrange for direct deposit or by cheque. US properties can pay by money order. Payment terms are net 15 days, after which a late fee will be applied. Canadian properties will also be subject to GST. US properties are exempt from taxes. After payment of the deposit has been veried and the contract has been signed, work will begin immediately according to the terms of the contract.
