Upon officers arrival they found (3) subjects, Jamrog, Matson, and Hargrave inside the building. All 3 were placed under arrest and transported to the police department. Upon officers arrival they

were advised that it was a physical domestic incident and that the suspect had shattered a glass door and threatened his ex-girlfriend and his children with a knife. Robert Jeffers was identified as the suspect and he was taken in to custody. Jeffers was transported to the police department where he was processed and celled pending a City Court arraignment. The alleged knife was secured at the scene of the incident. Freeman was arrested on a warrant for an incident that was reported on 01/22/13. Freeman is alleged to have stolen approx $8,000 - $10,000 for an individual she knows by allegedly using checks and a credit card belonging to the victim. Freeman was arraigned in City Court and is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
