furniture production and trade.
    Assigned to conceptualize, develop, and launch a new import department to achieve both short and 
long­range business expectations for this specialized manufacturing firm. Work in close concert with 
senior   management,   department   heads,   and   key   personnel   in   areas   of   policy   development,   staff 
recruitment and training, budgeting and financials, and personally manage supplier and supply chain
