DEMOCRACY Democracy has really making good things to our country.

In our country people having the full rights to question against our government. People also having the rights to choose their political leader and also they are free to give their suggestions. Whereas in china still they are following communism, in which people dont even have any rights in making their government and also they cant raise their questions against government. Comparing to that really Democracy pushing our country one step ahead than the country which following communism. In Democracy every citizen above 18 years have got voting power so that they can select proper government. Also we have the rights to change our government in case government is not working properly.

MODHI According to me Modhi is fit for the next prime minister of India. He holds his master degree in political science, so if he becomes the prime minister of India we will get an educated prime minister for our country. Also he has been a member of Rastriya swayam sevak sangh(RSS) since childhood having an interest in politics. As a chief minister modi started various yojanas say Krishi Mahotsav-agriculture research lab for land Karmayogi abhiyana-to educate and train government employees. Midday meal scheme for students Jyotigram Yojana Provide electricity to every village

His past achievement was that he brought gujarat back on track from that vast earthquack, his present achievement is he is developing state at 11% growth ie fastest compared to any other state in india and his future achievement can be as the best primeminister in india if he will be given a chance.

ROLE OF MEDIA Recently it has led to disclosure of many corrupted government politicians by secret handheld cameras. Also helped in disclosure of corrupted government employees. Provides a stage for emerging talents such as dance India dance, KBC etc Keeps citizens updated with current where about of country. In entertainment sector also media playing an important role by live telecasting the various programs example cricket, so that people can enjoy the cricket by sitting at home only. Also it provides lot of employment due to increase in competition among media.

IS MEDIA PLAYING OVER THAN WHAT IT EXACTLY REQUIRED Media is the fourth pillar of democracy, but it should not misuse its power with vested interest. News channels in order to gain TRP ratings and have an edge over their competitors are in a mad rush to telecast sensational videos in the name of breaking news' but in the process they fail to check the credibility of the same. They compromise on facts and draw conclusions from vague data and by the time the authenticity is crosschecked, enough irrevocable damage would already have been done. Media is giving the clear visuals of as to how to attempt crime and escape from it in the programs like Crime Watch'. Editors of print media and heads of news channels should ensure that their reporters not rely on personal views, rumors and dubious websites and insist on fetching news only from reliable and verified sources. Media is trying to gain popularity by creating sensation in the society. Recently a news channel published news that Ambani brothers were behind Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's death considering some fake news published by Russia's website. As a consequence a case was booked against the news channel. In this view definitely media, especially electronic media is misusing its constitutional rights.

FDI This will bring modern technology to the country. Improve rural infrastructure. It would help to build infrastructure and create a competitive market. Reduce wastage of agriculture produce. Enables farmers to get better price for their crops. Consumers will get commodities of daily use at reduced prices. Biggest beneficiary of this would be small farmers, who eould be able to improve productivity and realize higher remuneration by selling directly to large organized players and shorten the chain from farm to consumers. Also government can expect to receive an additional us$25-30 billion by way of taxes. Conclusion: Government is taking this decision in good faith. And few persons and lobbies controlling the rates of food commodities in india and bringing more competency in market will bring better price for buyers as well as sellers of commodities. Government should make a regulatory body for the commodity trade as we have for cellular services. CAPITAL PUNISHMENT FOR RAPISTS There is no fear of law left in criminals so there is need to make stricter laws in India which will again establish the respect for law in heart and mind of citizens. We need even more fearful than capital punishment so criminals think twice before such heinous crimes. Only decent people have any reason to be afraid of the law any more. If there is, in fact, no protection for the law-abiding then why should we pay taxes for something we do not get. All rich people and politicians long ago began to hire private security men who do the job the police once did. But only for them. Because there is no fear left in criminals for the law. How we can let live such criminals in our society unpunished? Imprisonment in india is not so tough punishment. Length of the imprisonment should be increased for all such crimes. just keeping criminals on 2 years in jail doesnt change

much in them. Most of them come out on bail or again join crime full time after coming out of jail. We need drastic change in our law and order system to establish fear of law, starting point of this can be the capital punishment. Conclusion: Making only stricter laws would not establish the law and order in our country. But in such special cases government should take strict actions against guilty and set an example for criminals.

LOKPAL BILL To establish a central government anti corruption institution called lokpal, supported by lokayukta at the state level. As in the case of supreme court and cabinet secretariat, the lokpal will be supervised by the cabinet secretary and the election commission. As a result, it will be completely independent of the government and free from ministerial influence in its investigation. Members will be appointed by judges, Indian administrative officers with a clean record, private citizens and constitutional authorities. In this selection committee will invite short listed candidate for interviews, video recordings of which will thereafter be made public. Every month on its website, the lokayuktha will publish a list of cases dealt with, brief details of each, their outcome and any actions taken. Investigation of each case must be completed in one year. The existing anti corruption agencies like CVC, CBI will be merged into lokpal which will have complete power authority to independently investigate any officer, judge or politician.

IS CONTENT ON THE INTERNET SHOUD BE CENSORED? Internet is a open and free medium. It can be accessed by anyone by anywhere. That is the power of internet. If government starts censoring voices of the people then internet will loose its charm.

I agree that on internet and on social media websites lot of content available which could be against few groups or government. But content available is a view of another group. We cannot stop people of keeping a different perception. The content available on different forums or social networking sites are always publish with a report feauture. If a person or group find it offensive they can report it. And the site could take action on the content. This mechanism is already there so what is need to censor further. Conclusion: There is no need to censor the internet. What is required is to setup a mechanism which can take care of websites to manage their content. Internet is free medium and no one should have right to censor things on it.

CORRUPTION IS MAIN OUTCOME OF DEMOCRAZY Democracy provides equality to everyone, from whatsoever background and competency; I makes easier to play around loopholes in India. Democracy does not play a direct role to promote corruption but it gives power to people who are incapable and have their own aims and selfishness. In democracy a person is chosen by population. This procedure could be faulty because human being can be motivated through means of greed or fear. Democracy leads to vote politics and vote politics leads to the decisions, which are favorable to some groups of society. Such decisions and policies are not good for nations growth. Conclusion: Democracy doesnt support corruption at all. But people themselves are greedy and selfish who are motivated for corruption.

UNDER INDIAN PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ENSURE BALANCED REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT The fundamental principles of democracy preach to ensure balanced regional development.

Uniform representation in the Lower House by MPs from all over the country is to bring out regional problems and demands of people from across the country. Constitution is completely unbiased for any kind of regional growth Against The government tends to be biased towards vote banks while making and implementing policies. The minorities are usually left out in the power game and all the agitation by various minorities is an example of the lopsided development. Most of the important people of our country stays in metros or frequently visits metros so they expect the better faculties there so they themselves take such decisions which promote the growth of only metros whereas rest of India being untouched with growth. Conclusion: The Democracy and constitution dont support any kind of regional bias but politician themselves only biased.

FOR POORER SECTIONS OF SOCIETY, A STATE CONTROLLED ECONOMY IS BETTER THAN A LIBERALIZED ECONOMY Favor China is biggest example of success of state controlled economy. In liberal economies richer become richer and poorer are getting poorer. A state controlled economy will result in proper flow of benefits towards rural masses. State has control over the production and the markets helping poorer sections to avail benefits which they otherwise would have been deprived of. Against State controlled economies are big problem in path of growing business in country which will surely affect country's growth; eventually affects poor population. Russia is biggest example of failure of state controlled economy.

The communist countries are bright example of state controlled economies do not result in uplifting poor. As history stands a proof that, state controlled economies have higher rates of corruption and mismanagement. A liberal economy with sound regulatory framework will ensure employment and a healthy economy. Conclusion: State controlled economy has benefits but evidences from history tell us that state controlled economy is big failure.

MONEY BEING PUT INTO CRICKET IS HARMING DEVELOPMENT OF OTHER SPORTS Favor Cricket is very popular in our country so companies are always ready to sponsor cricket. Finding sponsor for other sports in India is very difficult. Players of other sports are struggling a lot to be in game. They are facing trouble to buy equipment (sport gears) as there income is low and no one is ready to sponsor. As no one is sponsoring, grounds and courts are in bad conditions. Indian teams are performing poor in Olympics and other contests. Money flowing in to cricket attracting all youngsters. Few are making career in other sports. Against Department of sports or sports ministry have fixed budget and it has to allocate this money for productive use. If cricket is more popular than government have to grant more money to it as compared to other sports. The number of aspiring cricketers speaks for itself that how much popular game it is in our nation.

Companies want to sponsor a popular sport that gives them maximum publicity and in India cricket is no doubt most popular game. Conclusion: It seems true that money in cricket is harming other sports because youngsters only want to play cricket due to money and fame. Cricket is popular thats why all money flowing to it.

FORMATION OF EUROPEAN UNION HAS A DRASTIC EFFECT ON INDIA'S TRADE. Favor This may be read in light of trading equations with our biggest partners USA, UK and Germany, where we had miserably failed to bargain given that most of our trade consumables have import exposures from these nations; the European Union will further augment this situation. EU-India trade talks began well in June 2007. Indias rapidly expanding role in the world economy as a buyer and seller make this an important free trade agreement for the EU, as recent research shows. Against The EU-India negotiations began well in June 2007. But the hard issues are always left to last in such discussions. The benefits of an agreement for the two nations are especially hard to quantify given importance that each places on hard-to-measure gains in areas like investment and services. The EU would mean more exposure to a more stable currency vis--vis the presently volatile dollar tranche; this would mean healthier earnings and repatriation. Conclusion: Indias rapidly expanding role in the world economy as a buyer an seller make this an important target for the EU. It would be an agreement well worth having. Of course, such bilateral progress should come in addition to, rather than in place of progress in the WTOs current multilateral talks (the Doha Round) but such progress depends only partly on the EU?s stance. From the Indian side, the free trade agreement would be a

move from its reliance on a unilateral liberalization policy with extreme reluctance to commit multilaterally.

WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT WILL LEAD TO SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT. Favor Woman is base of family. When you empower a woman, you empower a family. Women have major influence on children and thus society. Empowerment of women will give new workforce for society. This question may be invalid in few countries where women are treated equally but in few other countries women empowerment is must. Conclusion: Woman is important part of society and her empowerment is must of development. In developed countries every member of society is in equal position. But in developing nations we need to empower people who are not receiving equal treatment.

COMPUTERS RESULT IN UNEMPLOYMENT Against In knowledge and service industry computer is a necessity and a must for progress. Computers are creating more jobs and types of jobs and also have multiplier effect. Computer cannot work in isolation so, most of the time it still needs human handling so basically they are facilitating human beings. Conclusion: Computers are not increasing unemployment actually it is helping humans to make complex jobs simpler. It may be reducing jobs but it is generating the similar number of jobs as well because it cannot work in isolation.

WITH IT REPLACING MIDDLE LEVEL MANAGEMENT, SOFTWARE JOBS ARE MORE LUCRATIVE THAN MBAS Favor Software professionals have analytical skills which is good for management jobs as well so IT professional have choice to move to management job any time in his career but its not same for an MBA. Software professionals have opportunity to work abroad so; there job is more lucrative and growth is also better then MBAs. MBA's cant get exposure and benefits of working abroad easily. Against Pay scale of Software professional is lesser compared to MBA?s pay scale. In software field middle level employee can make 10 lakhs per annum but an MBA can make around 15 to 20 lakhs per annum. People who want to manage other people do not have scope in then software field. Conclusion: MBA and software both having there advantages it depends on, what kind of opportunity we are getting.

DO YOU THINK ACCENT HOLD YOU BACK? WOULD YOU PREFER EVERYONE SPEAKING UNIFORMLY? Favor If communication is uniform than, communication between people of different languages will be faster and easier. No discrimination on basis of ascent. Everyone will be same and people will teach other respectfully. People do consider accent while communicating. If ones accent is polished than he/she have better chances of success. Against Accents are linked with our history. Uniform accent will take us to loss of traditions.

With different languages, it is difficult to have same accent. It is a personal choice; everybody has right to speak his mother tongue. Hindi and English are serving as bridge for variety of languages we have and there is no need to force a common language. Conclusion: It would surely make communication easier but need to analyze its impact in Broadway.

MEN RESENT WOMEN POWER AT WORK PLACE Favor Males want to dominate women in every part of society and work because of their traditional male ego. Its common doubt in society; whether woman can become good mangers? Men do resent women power at work place. In offices people do fall in conflicts and at that moment they pass judgments on each other. At that time male employees pass judgment that she is woman so she is taking this decision. As compared to past when all lead roles in society were played by males; now women are playing lead roles; So it is definitely going to take some time to change this mentality. Against Its women who avoid power and responsibility in the work area. Its woman mentally who feels that. Women resent men power at work because men are leading in all areas of society. Conclusion: In past surely man and woman were not equal in different areas of life; but now situation is changing very fast.

YOUTH IN INDIA IS BECOMING GREEDY BY THE DAY Favor Youngsters are greedy now. Everyone running behind easy money and dont want to work hard. Youngsters have better opportunities compared to past, but young generation is not as hard working now. Youngsters want to go to abroad and they dont want to contribute in nations growth but want more benefits from government. Youth dont want to stay in India; they want to settle abroad. Against Ambition is being misunderstood for greediness. The way youth behaved in last decade in India the way they have worked and shown there qualities made the India one of contender for next super power. Due to recent boom in economy youngsters already have easy opportunities so there is no need for them to work hard. Conclusion: Youngsters somehow running behind money but there ambitions and dreams are accelerated by their own hard work so they deserve it.

INDIA SHOULD BE REORGANIZED INTO SMALLER STATES. Favor By dividing the problem in small parts and concentrating on the problems region vise there are more chances of better growth We need governance at small level so that we can manage and regulate the life more appropriately By recognizing the india into smaller states on the basis of problems (illittracy, poority)can give the chance to government to resolve those problems on those portions of india

Against Dividing india into not the solution of the problem. Because it creates hatred and bifurcation between people of 2 states. More over dividing on the basis of caste and religion is creating more issues like minor ,major population with in newly created state Even if we divide on the basis of problem We can resolve that particular problem but that state again left in total growth. The resources of the india become property of that state so other states become insecure and only people of that particular reason become more rich. Conclusion Recognizing the India into smaller states is not a good idea We can recognize few more states on the basis of problem in that area so that those problem could be resolved but proper laws should be there Dividing the India into smaller states on the basis of caste and religion is not worthy.
