The Sr. Account Executive is the primary client-facing role within the organization. This role provides a unique opportunity to directly impact the revenue of our growing business and our success by developing mutually beneficial relationships that lead to customized, industry-leading, experiential marketing events and sampling-based programming. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional that can be an effective revenue contributor by prospecting new business, working internally with our business develop team, and then ultimately closing business. The successful candidate must have demonstrated success working in the promotional or experiential marketing industries and be adept at selling both individual off-theshelf tactics as well as multi-faceted custom solutions. re:fuel seeks a candidate that is entrepreneurial, collaborative, money-motivated, and consistently demonstrates a strong sense of professional integrity and accountability.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:


Prospect new accounts (agency and client-direct) Build, maintain, and forecast a pipeline of opportunities Implement sales initiatives directed primarily to key advertisers, including their planning & buying agencies Develop compelling value propositions for targeted clients utilizing companys unique role and relationship Reinforce and expand brand equity within the advertising marketplace Build strategic agency and client relationships Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with the important decision makers throughout the selling process: buying and selling team, planning personnel, account management and clients Respond appropriately to RFPs, work with business development to create proposals Collaborate effectively with other functional groups as required throughout the creative and strategic development process Document outbound and inbound sales activity (Microsoft CRM)

Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required 10+ years of experience in the media, promotional, agency or experiential marketing industries is required; ideally 5 of which would be selling to those industries Demonstrated success developing long-standing client relationships Fluent in social media and an understanding of the role it plays in events and promotion

Job Requirements:
Travel up to 30% Seasonality of the business may require additional work hours Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, email and web searches The applicant selected for this position may be required to successfully complete a background check. Passing results must be received prior to start date in new position

Physical Requirements:
Frequent computer terminal/keyboard use Sit, bend, and squat as needed Reach above shoulder level Ability to lift 30 lbs
