Intermittent Monitoring: AV1: 3 times a month, AL: 3 times a month, SS: 2 times a month, SV: 3 times a month, Col: ____, SG: 3 times a month, M: 3 times a month, Minimal Monitoring: SBM: once a month, PG: 21 classes per class once a month, HG: 4 classes once a month No. of classes: Per Day = can range from 3 7 classes but on an average 5 classes a day. Per week = can range from 12 21 classes but on an average 15 classes per week. (with 5 days of fieldwork) Per month = Ideal structure can have 68 classes but on an average 55 classes per month. (with 11 days of fieldwork) Alternate Plan: If the facilitator here concentrates on 5 schools in the december month with namely PG, AL, SS, SG and SV with intermittent level of monitoring, (Colaba schools will remain in touch) then the no. of teachers using the DVD with proper implementation would be increased considerably. In this case, the other schools would be left unmonitored / not assessed namely AV1, AV2, Marwadi needing intensive monitoring while Sanskar Bal Mandir and Harne Guruji needing just intermittent / minimal monitoring in their schools.

Classrooms who havent been doing well are intended to be taken up by working intensively on it while the other classrooms showing progress will now be monitored intermittently. We need 1 new facilitator for AV1 / AV2, Marwadi school and for taking up one new school (Bhandup IES 9 divs) with intensive monitoring.
