1. Please use a SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH ENTRY and complete in BLOCK CAPITALS.
Additional entry forms may be photocopied (same size please) or obtained from Bruce Millers, Morgans or Top Note.
2. For multiple entries, the address need only be entered on the top form, but please enter the NAME for communications
on all forms
3. As far as possible, open classes will be programmed for evenings. Some classes in the 16-18 age range may, however,
have to take place during the day.If any particular date(s) or time(s) will make it impossible for you to take part, please
give details in the box provided and an effort will be made to accommodate you. If this cannot be arranged you will be
entitled a claim a refund in terms of Rule E3.
4. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. Cheques should be made payable to “Aberdeen and NE Music Festival”
For multiple entries a single cheque should be used where possible
5. All entries will be acknowledged. There is no need to enclose a stamped addressed envelope
Details of the date and time of the class will be sent to the communications address on the entry form, at least three
weeks before the start of the Festival.
6. If the official accompanist is required, MUSIC FOR OWN CHOICE PIECES MUST BE ENCLOSED WITH THIS FORM.
Please make sure that each piece is CLEARLY LABELLED WITH THE PERFORMER’S NAME AND CLASS NUMBER.
In the case of pieces from an album or sections of a larger work, good quality photocopies may be sent, but ORIGINAL
MUSIC MUST BE GIVEN TO THE OFFICIAL ACCOMPANIST FOR THE PERFORMANCE.

AUDIENCES:
Relatives and friends of performers and the general public are welcome to attend Festival performances on payment of the
appropriate admission charge.
Festival memberships are also available AT EACH HALL, priced £12.00. This includes entry to all festival sessions, a free
programme and a copy of next year’s Syllabus (when ready)
The Festival Rules and the rules for many of the venues PROHIBIT the use of ANY TYPE of CAMERA or RECORDING
EQUIPMENT. MOBILE PHONES MUST BE SWITCHED OFF BEFORE entering any Festival venue
