Download the Registration Form
1. Go to Technology Festival 2013 Home Page http://www.pup.edu.ph/TechnologyFestival2013 2. Click the DOWNLOAD button to download your Registration Form File Type Excel (.xls) File Size 40kb

Fill Up the Registration Form

1. Encode the required information in the Registration Form then Save 2. The Registration Form must be filled up electronically 3. All entries in the Registration Form are required unless marked as optional 4. Incomplete entry will invalidate your Registration

Pay Fee
Deadline of payment is on FEBRUARY 18, 2013 Payment can be made through RCBC Savings Bank or pay directly to the PUP Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO):

Through RCBC Savings Bank:

1. Go to any RCBC Branch to remit payment via ONLINE COLLECTION 2. Fill up Deposit Slip with the Account Number, Account Name, and Amount to be deposited Account Number 0092-00598-5 Account Name PUP Research, Extension, and Development Foundation, Inc. Amount of Deposit Php500/registrant Currency Peso Type of Account Current Type of Deposit - Cash 3. Present to the RCBC teller the duly accomplished Deposit Slip with your payment 4. After processing your payment, the RCBC teller will give you the Depositor's copy of the Slip. Keep the Deposit Slip

Through PUP Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO):

1. Go to PUP ICTO and look for Ms. Elaine Jacinto to remit payment. PUP ICTO is located at 2ND Flr. NALLRC Bldg. PUP A. Mabini Campus, Sta. Mesa, Manila 2. The PUP ICTO personnel will fill up the Official Receipt upon acceptance of payment Particulars Registration Fee Amount Php500/registrant Form of Payment Cash Received from Registrant's full name, if group registration, any representative from the group Address School / Company Name Bus. Email Registration Form and Deposit Slip/Official Receipt

Deadline of submission of Registration Form and Deposit Slip/Official Receipt is on FEBRUARY 19, 2013 1. Mail your accomplished Registration Form and Deposit Slip/Official Receipt to technologyfestival@pup.edu.ph 2. Type 'Technology Festival 2013 Registration' as the subject of your email 3. Attach your accomplished Registration Form and scanned copy of your Deposit Slip/Official Receipt 4. Send it to technologyfestival@pup.edu.ph 5. Please allow three (3) working days after uploading your registration before claiming your Technology Festival 2013 Entrance Ticket

Claim Ticket Online

1. Go to Technology Festival 2013 Claim Ticket page http://apps.pup.edu.ph/Registration/ and type the required information. Please make sure you type the same information encoded in the registration form. If you belong to a group registration, each registrant must claim the Entrance Ticket individually. 2. Click the DOWNLOAD button to download your Technology Festival 2013 Entrance Ticket 3. Print your Technology Festival 2013 Entrance Ticket

Please read all information printed in your Technology Festival 2013 Entrance Ticket. The ticket contains the date, time, venue, and any other information about the PUP Technology Festival 2013. You will present this ticket to the Registration Officer and Ushers/Usherettes during the event. NO TICKET, NO ENTRY You must be in the venue at least 30 minutes before the Event schedule. LATE COMER PARTICIPANTS are not allowed to enter.
