Incident: Possession of CDS I.R. #: 2013-04826 Date: March 01, 2013 Location: Madison Ave. Summary of Incident:
On Friday, March 01, 2013 at 2:36 am Ptl. Alvin Chan stopped Shadorah Howard, driving a Honda Accord with the left tail light out. While looking for her credentials she opened a compartment in the vehicle which revealed what was believed to be several partially burned marijuana cigarettes. Howard was taken into custody and transported to Police HQ. Howard was charged with Failure to Maintain Lamps, Failure to Exhibit a Valid Drivers License, Uninsured Vehicle, Failure to Inspect her Vehicle, Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle, Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle, and Possession of less than 50 grams of Marijuana. After she completed processing, she was released pending a future date in Municipal Court.
NOTE: Despite these pending charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until
found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt following a jury trial at which the defendant has all of his/her rights guaranteed by the U.S. and New Jersey Constitutions and relevant state law.

Incident: DWI I.R. #: 2013-04956 Date: March 03, 2013 Location: Normandy Parkway Summary of Incident:
On Sunday, March 03, 2013 at 2:11 am Ptl. Jeremiah Crowley observed a black Ford driving in the opposite direction at an extremely slow speed with its right turn signal activated. After turning his vehicle around, he found the vehicle had pulled to the side of the road and Samantha Lee behind the wheel. Closer investigation found that Lee was believed to be operating her vehicle while intoxicated. After she was taken into custody she was transported to Police HQ. Lee was charged with DWI, Reckless Driving, and Careless Driving. After she completed processing, she was released pending a future date in Municipal Court.
