Anothersolutionistoplacethescanneratthebottom ofthepage,turnitupsidedownandscanupwards. Youllnoticethatthescannersrightmarginissmaller thantheleft.

Topoweronthescanner,settheswitchbuttontoScan. Insertapointyobject,likeapaperclip,intotheFormatbutton.The letterFappearsonthescreen. NowclicktheScanbuttontoformatthecard.Thecardicononthe screenblinksuntiltheformattingiscomplete.

Cause
Lowbatterypower. Batterynotinserted properly. TheresnomicroSD cardinthecardslot. ThemicroSDcardis full. ThemicroSDcardhas notbeenformatted properly. Connectionfailure.

Solution
Rechargethebatteryby connectingthescannerto thecomputerviatheUSB cable. Insertthebattery correctly. InsertamicroSDcard(with metalsidefacingupwards). Movetheimagesfromthe microSDcardtoyour computertoclearstorage spaceonthecard.Format thecardifnecessary. Properlyformatthecard.
