As per the above evaluation carried out for the bids submitted successfully by the ten different contractors, the Group - G Construction Pvt. Ltd. has been recommended to execute the construction work for the particular proposed building project as the contractor has previous working experience similar projects in compliance with the requirements of the project tendered. Furthermore, the contractor has also achieved the main requirement of bid bond validity period. It is suggested that the contractor to provide latest price which could be realistic further along which shall be compatible with the current Building Schedules of Rate and the request can be made by the tender evaluation panel after the evaluation is carried out. Once the suitable contractor agrees up on the request made by the tender evaluation committee, the contractor will then be selected as the best contractor as the Group - G Contraction has a reasonable amount quoted for this particular project achieving many of the tender requirements. Moreover, the above data show that the Group G Contraction has become the first lowest in many evaluating criteria and has achieved whereas some of the rates in BOQ are non-compliance. The contractor can still be recommended to be selected under the special request made for the extension of bid bond validity period to be awarded with the particular project.

RECOMMENDATION
The Best Contractor quoting the lowest Tenderer submitted by Group G Construction has been

recommended for contract award. The contractor has been selected as the best contractor to execution of construction work of Shopping Mall in Dehiwala. Due to the fact that the contractor has been eligible to be the first lowest and has previous dealings with similar types of building projects are satisfactory performance showed during the previous projects. To negotiate with the tender submitting the lowest and the best confirming tender for a better price with a view for tender award. Contractor is also mandatory to include updated unit rates for a few amount of work in the Bill of Quantities which might be comparatively law or similar to the Engineers estimation for each section of the bill . Therefore, Group G Construction has hereby been eligible to be awarded with the project for the value agreed and quoted by the contractor

This is to confirm that persons involved in preparing the tender documents and assessing Tenders have declared conflict of interest. The persons involved will be required to declare any conflict of interest before contract award. The tender specifications and assessment results will be reviewed by the management committee to detect any favouritism to particular tenderers if any conflicts are declared
