With the 6mm reduction in height, we and users alike are able to optimise the detectors handling and storage.These advantages apply to internal production and testing along with the installation and commissioning by the end user. The original modern design has not been affected and only a slight change is noticeable. The changes made to the outer casing, in no way effect the operation of the detector or the detector base. The design changes have been approved by the VdS and the respective approvals for this detector series have been amended. All dust covers for this detector range have also been changed to fit this new design. These changes will come into effect during the middle of August 2010.
