Terms and Conditions All prices are quoted in AUS dollars.

Payment schedule: A US$600 deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment of the balance is then due 60 days prior to your Retreat commencement date. If booking less than 90 days prior to commencement, a 50% deposit is required with full payment of balance 60 days before the course commencement date. If booking less than 60 days prior, then the full Retreat cost is due and payable. Cancellation charges are as follows: Fully refundable less admin cost of AUS$100 if cancellation is received more than 90 days before the commencement date. If cancellation is received 90-60 days before course starts AUS$600 fee; 60-30 days before course starts 50% of total cost; less than 30 days before course starts 100% of cost. Any cancellation must be made in writing (letter/email). Number of participants: If a Retreat is under-subscribed we may have to cancel; in this case a full refund (including deposit) will be made. Retreats need minimum numbers to proceed; you should obtain confirmation that the Retreat will go ahead as scheduled before booking your international flight. Each Retreat is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. Your tutor: If your tutor is unable to attend due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, we will substitute a worthy replacement. Passports and visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is up to date, has at least six months validity and that you supply us with your name exactly as shown in the passport. Visas for 30 days are issued on arrival in Bali for Australian, New Zealand, US and UK passport holders at a cost of US$25. Flights: Securing and paying for the appropriate flights to Bali to arrive on time is the participants responsibility. We recommend webjet .com.auskyscanner.com as a great website to compare prices. Travel insurance: It is a condition of attendance that all participants have travel insurance for their Paradise Art Retreat. Please confirm details of your insurance. Health requirements: Please ensure that you advise us of any health conditions and that you carry sufficient medication for any medical conditions. Bali has no mandatory requirements for inoculations but you should consult your GP or check at www.traveldoctor.com.au for advice. Responsibility Baggage and personal effects are at the participants own risk at all times. All care will be taken, but no responsibility can be accepted for losses. Unused services cannot be exchanged or refunded. In all matters relating to travel, accommodation and other associated services, Paradise Art Retreat (hereinafter referred to as PAR) acts as a tour organiser for the participant who reserves and pays for such services and PAR cannot be held liable for any person, firm or corporation who provides such services. PAR will take all reasonable care to ensure that the participant obtains the specified services and in making those arrangements does so as a convenience to the participant. However, PAR accepts no responsibility or liability for death, injury, sickness or accident to any person, or loss of or any damage to any property or otherwise, or any cancellation, delay, substitution, or deviation arising out of, or in connection with any accommodation, transportation, conveyance or any other services provided by hotels, resorts, restaurants or any other services as per the itinerary. All optional services are booked at the participants risk. PAR is under no obligation or liability to any person as a result of inaccuracy or changes to any tour or itinerary or for the losses or additional expenses due to delays, strikes, war, quarantine, acts of God, improper documents, or any other cause. Neither PAR nor its servants, agents or employees shall be liable or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by any participant as a result of the foregoing. All art tutoring will be delivered to the best of the ability of your tutor. No refunds will be made for any perceived shortfall in the quality of teaching or the experience from that advertised. Due to varying exchange rates, fuel costs, Government taxes, etc. prices quoted are subject to change without notice. However, all attempts will be made to absorb minor alterations in currency fluctuations.
