1967-68. The school team won the inter-school Basketball tournament of Delhi State
the same year.
2. Honorary Basket-ball Coach of St. Thomas School, Delhi for the years 1966-67,
1967-68, and 1968-69. The team was runner-up in the inter school Basketball
tournament, in 1966-67 and winner for the years, 1967-68 and 1968-69.
3. Honorary Basketball coach of Queen Mary Girls School, Delhi for the year 1969-
70. The school team won the inter school Basketball tournament for that year.
4. Coached Delhi State Basketball Girls’ team in the year 1968.
5. Coached Gwalior Dist. Basketball team which won the M.P.State Basketball
Championship in the year 1973-74.
6. Coached Birla Groups of Industries, Gwalior Club Teams of Basketball, Table
Tennis, Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Volley ball, Throw ball, Hockey, Football, and Swimming
teams that won various local and out station tournaments in the year 1973 to 1977

and 1976 which took part in the national Basketball championship and also

1. Bal Bhawan & National Children Museum, Govt. of India, - 1966 Joined as
Senior Physical Instructor and later was promoted as In-charge of the Department
of Physical Education in 1969-73
2. .Birla Industries Club, Gwalior 1973-77 joined as Club Manager cum Welfare
Officer. The club had a membership of over 1600 and their families. As many as
seventeen (17) different activities were being organized regularly as an annual
feature.

time introduced.

c) One Football tournament for school boys & girls and for the first time
introduced football tournament for school girls. The prizes were
distributed by Mr. Pele star footballer from Brazil.
d) One state level Badminton tournament for school boys and girls.

2. At Gwalior :---
a) Gwalior open Badminton Tournament from 1973 to 1977
b) Gwalior Dist. Table Tennis Championship in 1973-74
c) Gwalior open Billiard and Snooker Tournament from 1973 to 1977.

j) Won a Gold and a Silver Medal each in the All India Inter University
Athletic Meet held at Anamalai University, Madras in 1966.
k) Vice President of L.N.C.P.E. Alumni Association, Gwalior, from 1974 to
1977. and Honorary Seretary of Delhi wing of Alumni Association from
1977 to 1980.
l) Captain of Victorious Gwalior District Basketball team which won the
State Championship in 1974.
