Abstract :After one - century development , educational psychology is embracing brain studies again through cognitive neuroscience , therefore
is changed more on competence , learning , and teaching. In order to improving the development of cognitive neuroscience and educational psy2
chology , there must be open and conscious attitude on the relations of both.
