Executive Summery
In the last ten years the Welfare Practices at Garments Sector in Light of Labor Law of Bangladesh has assumed great importance and those have witnessed remarkable advance in recent times. To control abuse or misuse of management powers and to keep them within the limits of their powers strict adherence to labor legislation and labor welfare in necessary.

The field social compliance and labor welfare is very wide crossed by many paths and provisions none being superior to another, since much depends on wither one wishes to go the present work entitled Labor Welfare in some selected enterprise at Enterprise in Bangladesh and its impact on Productivity Is specially designed to delineate the out comes and prospects of social compliance and labor welfare and impact of these on productivity. Compliance and welfare have been described as the shield to protect and upheld the right of the workers particularly in our industrial area. To understand actual state of labor welfare particularly in Bangladesh perspective, the research paper, I hope would be ready assistance to those interest who would otherwise have to collect information from a number of sources. An endeavor has been made of present the topic in a systematic manner and in a lucid and simple language with the help of practical scenario. For convenience of study the work has been divided into there main parts and all topics into eleven chapters. The introductory chapter deals with the background, object and mythology of the study, introductory of social compliance. Social accountability and corporate social responsibility, productivity, Important social compliance and labor welfare issues and the third part with the DEPZ ,Factory profile

and observation, Findings and Analysis, Impact on Productivity, Recommendation and conclusion.

Welfare Practices at Garments Sector in Light of Labor Law of Bangladesh

I achieved knowledge with the visit of factory directly in compliance Factory and out of compliance Factory. The environment is different between these two factories. Really it was my new experience to see the working place and workers at work. Due to pressure of buyers owners of factory are very sincere about compliance. I was charmed to see the skill and enthusiasm of worker of this sector who are play to earning foreign money. I would like to acknowledge my gratitude to the organizations whose cooperation I had the privileges. Discredit for insufficient and imperfections, if any in the work must lie upon me alone.
