Wednesday March 6, 2013 Read a non-fiction text. Summarize what you read. Thursday March 7, 2013 Read a non-fiction text. What pictures, maps, graphs etc. are there? Describe one and explain how it helps you understand the book.

Character Parade for Read Across America will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013. Please dress your child as a book character for the parade. Also as part of this celebration students will receive a free book that will be read in class and then sent home for them to keep, free of charge.
